HOW TO APPLY
- Line the lower lash line for an instant brightening effect that also opens up the eye and neutralises redness
- To achieve a soft point, twist up the pencil color so it is slightly above the level of the sharpener blade
- Hold the sharpener still in one hand and gently insert the pencil and turn the pencil clockwise, shaving the edges to a soft point
- Retract the pencil colour so only the sharpened area is exposed
