Terms and Conditions:

1. The Promotion Period is from September 1 to September 22, 2024, both dates inclusive (“Promotion Period”).

2. Eligible Cardmembers (as defined in clause 3 of these Terms and Conditions) are required to make a net purchase of HK$3,000 or above in a single transaction with the Eligible Card at selected physical stores of Lane Crawford (Lane Crawford ifc mall / Lane Crawford Canton Road / Lane Crawford Times Square / Lane Crawford Pacific Place home store) (“Eligible Transaction “) to get one (1) HK$300 Lane Crawford Gift Card (“Offer”).

3. Cardmembers must settle the full payment with The Platinum Card®, American Express® Peninsula Platinum Card or American Express® Platinum Credit Card issued by American Express International, Inc. (“American Express”) in Hong Kong (“Eligible Card”) and register as a Lane Crawford member (“Eligible Cardmember”) to enjoy the Offer.

4. Each Eligible Cardmember is entitled to redeem a HK$300 Lane Crawford Gift Card during the Promotion Period upon fulfillment of the designated spending requirement. During Promotion Period, each Eligible Lane Crawford membership card number is entitled to receive the Offer up to two times (i.e. two (2) HK$300 Lane Crawford Gift Cards). The gift card can be only used for the next purchase at any selected Lane Crawford store. 5. American Express and Lane Crawford possess the authority to document or duplicate the purchase particulars, such as the Card number, Eligible Cardmember’s name, Lane Crawford membership card number, merchant’s name, and transaction amount. The information gathered solely be utilized for verification purposes in this Offer and will be discarded once its intended use is accomplished.

6. The Gift Card is valid until August 31, 2025. If the total value of the purchase exceeds the value of the Gift Card, the remaining balance must be settled with Centurion® Card, The Platinum Card, American Express Peninsula Platinum Card or American Express Platinum Credit Card issued by American Express in Hong Kong.

7. Once the Gift Card has been redeemed, all Eligible Transactions are considered non-refundable.

8. Offer is not applicable to the purchase of Lane Crawford Gift Cards.

9. Offer is not applicable to Lane Crawford e-Shop.

10. During the Promotion Period, Eligible Physical Card, original same-day Lane Crawford receipts, relevant Eligible Card transaction slips and Lane Crawford membership card number must be presented on the same transaction date to the Lane Crawford concierge to redeem the Offer.

11. Offer cannot be used in conjunction with other promotional offers and cannot be redeemed for cash or other products.

12. Lane Crawford is solely responsible for all products, services, consultations and advice, and fulfilment of the Offer in and/or services that are made available pursuant to the Offer. American Express is not the provider of any of these products and/or services herein and makes no representation or warranty in relation to the same.

13. American Express shall not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever which is suffered (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss), or for personal injury which is suffered or sustained, as a result of taking or using any of the products/services, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law.

15. American Express and Lane Crawford reserve the right to amend the Terms and Conditions, suspend or terminate the Offer at any time without prior notice.

16. Should any dispute arise, the decision of American Express and Lane Crawford shall be final, binding and conclusive.

17. In the event of any inconsistency between the English and Chinese version of these Terms and Conditions, the English version shall prevail.
