Terms and conditions:

1. This Offer is valid from 9th December 2025 to 8th February 2026, both dates inclusive (“Promotion Period”).

2. In order to be eligible for this Offer, customers must be a member of The Club (“The Club Member”), a loyalty program operated by Club HKT Limited and a member of Lane Crawford Privilege Programme (“Lane Crawford Member”), a loyalty program operated by Lane Crawford (Hong Kong) Limited. Customers who are both The Club and Lane Crawford Privilege Programme members are referred to as “Eligible Members” in the clauses that follow.

3. Eligible Members who make a purchase at Lane Crawford (Hong Kong) Limited eligible physical stores listed below during the Promotion Period can earn 1 Clubpoint for every HK$5 spent on their net purchase on products of the participating brands of Lane Crawford (*Excluding Payments by Gift Card and Purchase of Samsung Products). The amount of net purchase refers to the amount paid after deducting the amount reduced by discount or the use of coupon codes; any shipping and/or handling fee, operational costs or expenses incurred are also excluded. Only valid purchases will be considered when calculating the Clubpoints earning of each transaction, item(s) which is invalid purchase or subsequently cancelled, refunded, returned and/or exchanged are excluded (“Valid Transaction”). The calculation of Clubpoints earned is based on the net transaction amount of valid purchase in each eligible transaction. If there are multiple items in a transaction, the items affected by invalid purchase, cancellation, refund, return and/or exchange will be excluded when calculating the the Clubpoint earning. No transaction amount will be accumulated and carried forward to the next transaction. Eligible spending per The Club Member is limited to a maximum of HK$20,000 (equivalent to 4,000 Clubpoints).

   B) Times Square, 1 Matheson Street, Causeway Bay, Hong Kong

   D) Pacific Place Home Store, Level One, 88 Queensway, Admiralty, Hong Kong

4. In order to qualify for the Clubpoints, Eligible Member must complete all the following steps in part (A) and (B):

   (A) Redemption at The Club:

   (i) add the Offer under The Club Earn page (https://www.theclub.com.hk/en/earn.html) in The Club’s mobile application or website to the shopping cart;

   (ii) complete check-out (The Club Members can redeem the Offer with 0 Clubpoints at check-out) under his/her The Club account; (iii) look out for an e-redemption letter (the “E-Redemption Letter”) with a shopping code (the “Lane Crawford Shopping Code”) from The Club sent to The Club Member’s email address registered with The Club; and

   (B) Present Lane Crawford Shopping Code when shopping at Eligible Lane Crawford Stores:

   (iv) Eligible Member must present the Lane Crawford Shopping Code and Lane Crawford member ID on Lane Crawford website before completing a Valid Transaction at Eligible Lane Crawford Stores. Each Lane Crawford Shopping Code can only be used once for a single transaction.

5. This Offer is non-transferable or exchangeable for cash or other products and does not apply to transactions at exclusive events (“EE”) and/or transactions with any privilege discounts (“PD”) applied, for example staff discounts.

6. Eligible Members should retain the receipt of the Valid Transaction until the related Clubpoints have been credited to Eligible Member’s The Club account. For enquiries about the eligibility to earn Clubpoints, the related receipt(s) of Valid Transaction must be provided to The Club for verification purposes. Eligible Members must make request to The Club within 60 calendar days from the date of Valid Transaction (“Lookback Period”) to verify the eligibility to earn Clubpoints and/or claim back Clubpoints. If Eligible Members fail to request within the Lookback Period, the right to claim back Clubpoints will be forfeited and Eligible Members will not receive any compensation.

7. Eligible Member’s transactions may not be eligible for this Offer for a number of reasons. The Club and the Merchant may be unable to provide an exact and valid reason for such ineligibility, so the following list contains some of the most common reasons for reference only:

   a. Eligible Member returned the product(s) purchased or cancelled a transaction.

   b. The Club Member’s payment failed or did not meet the requirements of a Merchant’s credit check.

   c. The Club Member’s purchase did not satisfy or breached Lane Crawford Terms and Conditions.

   d. The transaction may not be tracked if the Lane Crawford Shopping Code or Lane Crawford Privilege Programme member ID was not presented before completing the transaction at Eligible Lane Crawford Stores.

   e. misused Lane Crawford Privilege Programme, Privileges, Rewards and Benefits.

   f. is involved in suspected fraud or misconduct.

8. This offer is not applicable to Lane Crawford gift cards and staff order.

9. Each LANE CRAWFORD Shopping Code can only be used once for a single transaction.

10. Lane Crawford (Hong Kong) Limited and The Club reserve the right to vary or cancel this Offer and/or amend these Terms & Conditions at any time without notice.

11. This Offer is subject to Terms & Conditions by The Club (https://www.theclub.com.hk/en/terms-and-conditions.html) and LANE CRAWFORD (Hong Kong) Limited.

12. In the event of any disputes in connection with this Offer (including the eligibility for earning Clubpoints under this Offer and the calculation of the number of Clubpoints to be awarded), the decision of Lane Crawford (Hong Kong) Limited shall be final. The Club will not be liable for any of the aforesaid matters.

13. In the event of discrepancy or inconsistency between the English and Chinese versions of these Terms & Conditions, the English version shall prevail. In the event of dispute, decisions made by The Club and/or Lane Crawford (Hong Kong) Limited will be final and binding.

2. 閣下必須已登記為Club HKT Limited 運營的會藉計劃（「The Club」）之有效會員（「The Club 會員」）及 Lane Crawford (Hong Kong) Limited運營的會藉計劃（「Lane Crawford Privilege Programme」）之有效會員（「Lane Crawford Member」），可有資格享有此優惠。閣下同時是The Club之有效會員及Lane Crawford Privilege Programme之有效會員會視為於以下條款細則視為「合資格會員」。

3. 合資格會員於推廣期內於以下指定的Lane Crawford (Hong Kong) Limited合資格實體門市, （「合資格Lane Crawford市」）之參與店鋪及品牌 (*不包括以禮品卡支付及購買三星產品的款項) 成功完成交易（不包括無效、取消、退回及/或更換之貨品），淨額消費(須扣除運費,折扣,優惠碼及衍生之營運成本或支出） 可享每HK$5賺取1 Club積分（「優惠」）。 只有有效的消費，(不包括無效購買或隨後取消、退款、退貨和/或換貨的商品)會被計算於每筆交易可賺取之Club分賺取）（「合資格交易」）。可賺取的Club積分以每筆交易中有效消費的淨交易金額計算。如果一筆交易中有多個商品，則在計算可賺取之Clubpoint 總額時，將排除因無效購買、取消、退款、退貨和/或換貨而影響的商品。任何交易金額均不會累積並結轉至下一筆交易。每位The Club會員合資格消費金額上限為港幣20,000元（相當於4,000 Club積分）。

4. 如欲賺取Club積分，The Club會員必須完成以下(A)及(B)所列之步驟，方可使用獎賞。

   (A) 於The Club兌換優惠

   (i) 於 The Club 手機程式或網站將列於The Club 賺取積分網頁(https://www.theclub.com.hk/zh/earn.html )之優惠放入購物車；

   (ii) 完成結帳（ The Club會員登入 The Club 帳戶可以0 Club積分兌換獎賞 ）；

   (iii) 成功兌換優惠後，The Club 將根據 The Club 會員所登記的電郵地址發送一封載有獨特購物碼（「Lane Crawford購物碼」）的電子換領信（「電子換領信」）；及

   (B) 於LANE CRAWFORD購物使用優惠

   (iv) The Club會員必須於合資格Lane Crawford門市購物結帳前展示Lane Crawford購物碼及Lane Crawford會員編號，方可賺取Club積分。每個LANE CRAWFORD購物碼只限使用於單一簽章。The Club會員兌換優惠並透過此優惠而獲得的Club積分將不設限額。

5. 此優惠不可與但不限於專屬活動（「EE」）和特權折扣（「PD」）（包括員工折扣）等之合資格交易同時享用，及不可兌換現金或為現金等價物。

6. The Club會員應保留購物收據直至相關的Club積分成功存入The Club會員帳戶內。有關賺取Club積分資格的查詢，會員必須提供有關購物收據以作核實賺取Club積分資格之用。會員必須於由交易日期起計60日曆日內（「追溯期」）向The Club要求核實賺取Club積分資格。如會員未能在追溯期內提出，則補回Club積分的權利將被沒收，並且將不會獲得任何補償。

7. The Club會員或因不同原因而未能符合享有此優惠的資格，The Club和商戶或未能對The Club會員未能符合享有此優惠的資格而提供準確原因。以下是部分導致未能符合享有此優惠的常見原因：

   a. The Club會員向商戶退還貨品或取消交易。

   b The Club會員未能成功付款或符合商戶之信用檢查。

   c. The Club會員之交易未能符合商戶之條款及細則。

   d. 若Lane Crawford購物碼沒有於成功完成交易前展示，合資格交易將不能被追蹤。

   e. 濫用Lane Crawford Privilege Programme計劃、特權、獎勵和福利。

   f. 涉嫌詐欺或不當行為。

8. 此優惠不適用於Lane Crawford 禮品卡及員工優惠。

9. 每個LANE CRAWFORD 購物碼只限使用於單一消費簽章。

10. 若The Club 及Lane Crawford (Hong Kong) Limited 保留更改及取消推廣期，及對是項條款及細則之改動而毋須作出事前通知的權利。

11. 本推廣受The Club (https://www.theclub.com.hk/zh/terms-and-conditions.html) 及Lane Crawford (Hong Kong) Limited的條款及細則約束。

12. 如閣下對此優惠的Club積分賺取資格及計算等有任何爭議，The Club 及 連卡佛擁有最終決定權。

13. 本條款及細則的中英文版本如有任何差異，一概以英文版本為準。如有任何爭議， Lane Crawford (Hong Kong) Limited 及 The Club 將保留最終決定權。
