1. Promotional Period: on and from March 6, 2025 until March 31, 2025 (both days inclusive), or while stock lasts
2. Eligible Store(s): This Promotion is only valid for Eligible Transactions (defined below) made at the following stores during the Promotional Period:
   1. Lane Crawford ifc mall
   2. Lane Crawford Canton Road, and
   3. Lane Crawford Times Square (collectively, “Lane Crawford Stores”)

   To qualify for this Promotion, Eligible Customers are required to complete the registration for the Lane Crawford Privilege Programme at Lane Crawford Stores.

3. Eligible Customer(s): This game is only applicable for customers who:
   1. Complete the registration for Lane Crawford’s Privilege Programme at Lane Crawford stores.
   2. Eligible customers who successfully complete the “Match The Notes” game and find a pair of matching scent note tiles can receive one fragrance sample of their choice, while stock lasts.
   3. Customers are required to go to the respective beauty counters with the redemption voucher (distributed by our staff) to redeem the fragrance sample.
4. Other Terms & Conditions
   1. Each Eligible Customer can only receive a maximum of 1 fragrance sample per day during the relevant Promotional Period.
   2. All Eligible Customer(s) must redeem the fragrance samples on the date of transaction. Samples which are not redeemed on the date of transaction will be considered as forfeited.
   3. All samples under this Promotion are only available while stocks last. The Gifts are provided by third-party providers. To the extent permitted by applicable laws, Lane Crawford, its directors, officers and staff are under no legal liability should any customer have claims whatsoever in connection with the provision of the Gifts.
   4. Once a Fragrance Sample has been redeemed, it cannot be refunded or reissued.

Customers who violate this clause may be blacklisted and Lane Crawford reserves all its rights to take legal actions.
   7. Lane Crawford reserves its right to revise the terms and conditions of this Promotion as well as the Terms of Service, in either case, at any time without prior notice to or approval from any person.
   8. Should any dispute arise in connection with this Promotion, the decision of LCJG Limited, the holding company of Lane Crawford, shall be final.
