This promotional offer (“Promotion”) is granted by Lane Crawford (Hong Kong) Limited (“Lane Crawford”) and subject to the terms and conditions below. By purchasing any merchandise under this Promotion, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and conditions below.

  1. Promotional Periods: April 10, 2024 until May 12, 2024 (both days inclusive).
  2. Eligible Store(s): This Promotion is only valid for Eligible Transactions (defined below) made at the following stores during the Promotional Period:
    1. Lane Crawford ifc mall, Lane Crawford Canton Road, Lane Crawford Times Square and Lane Crawford Pacific Place home store (collectively, “Lane Crawford Stores”).
  3. Eligible Customer(s): This Promotion is only applicable to the following customers and cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotional offers including, without limitation, the Lane Crawford Privilege Programme Members’ birthday double Rewards Points:
    1. To qualify for this Promotion, Eligible Customers are required to complete the registration for the Lane Crawford Privilege Programme at Lane Crawford Stores; and
    2. Lane Crawford Privilege Programme Members who complete their first transaction with Lane Crawford at any of the Lane Crawford Stores during the Promotional Period
  4. Eligible Transaction(s):
    During the Promotional Period, and subject to the Excluded Transactions below, Eligible Customers who spend HK$ 2,000 or more in a single transaction on the following merchandise at any Eligible Store can receive a 10% discount. For the avoidance of doubt, the above spending thresholds shall refer to the purchase price net of all applicable Lane Crawford Privilege Programme discounts. (collectively “Eligible Transactions”):

    - Any full-price merchandise in Womenswear, Menswear, Ladies’ Shoes & Accessories, Mens’ Shoes & Accessories and/or Home and Lifestyle departments in any Lane Crawford Store.
  5. Excluded Transactions: This Promotion is not applicable to purchases of selected brands (as selected by Lane Crawford at its sole discretion), sale merchandise, consignment, concession, Beauty & Wellness merchandise, Jewellery merchandise, Apple-branded merchandise, Samsung-branded merchandise and/or Lane Crawford gift card(s).
  6. Other Terms & Conditions
    1. Lane Crawford Privilege Programme rewards points (if any) are accrued in respect of the value of the original purchase transaction amount net of all applicable discounts during the Promotional Period.
    2. Each Eligible Customer can only enjoy the Promotion once during the Promotional Period.

Customers who violate this clause may be blacklisted and Lane Crawford reserves all its rights to take legal actions.

    7. Should any dispute arise, the decision of LCJG Limited, the holding company of Lane Crawford shall be final.
    8. Other than related companies (including affiliates and subsidiaries and companies held in common control) of Lane Crawford, a person who is not a contracting party to this purchase has no right under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Ordinance (Cap 623 of the Laws of Hong Kong) to enforce or enjoy the benefit of any term of this purchase.
    9. This Promotion and these terms & conditions are governed by the laws of Hong Kong SAR and any dispute shall be referred to the Courts of Hong Kong SAR for settlement.
