This promotional offer (“Promotion”) is granted by Lane Crawford (Hong Kong) Limited (“Lane Crawford”) and subject to the terms and conditions below. By purchasing any merchandise under this Promotion, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and conditions below.

  1. Promotional Period: From April 18, 2024 until stock last.
  2. Eligible Store(s): This Promotion is only valid for Eligible Transactions (defined below) made at the following stores during the Promotional Period:
    1. online at www.lanecrawford.com.hk (“Lane Crawford Online Store”).
  3. Eligible Customer(s): This Promotion is applicable to Lane Crawford Privilege Programme Members and non-members.

    The Promotion can be used in conjunction with any other promotional offers (including, without limitation, the Lane Crawford Privilege Programme regular discount).
  4. Eligible Transaction(s):

    During the Promotional Period, and subject to the Excluded Transactions below, Eligible Customers who purchase 2 or more items or spend HK2,500 net or more (excluding all applicable discounts) on selected Korean brands* in a single transaction at Lane Crawford Online Store can receive a piece of “Kuoca Body Lotion 300ml” (“Gift”).

    If the gift has been shipped and the items in your order that meet the requirements are returned and refunded, you need to send the item and gift back together.

  5. Excluded Transactions:

    This Promotion is not applicable to purchases of selected brands (as selected by Lane Crawford at its sole discretion), and/or purchase of Lane Crawford gift card(s).
  6. Other Terms & Conditions:
    1. During the Promotional period, each Eligible Customer can only receive one Gift for each Eligible Transaction.
    2. The Gifts are non-exchangeable or non-refundable and cannot be redeemed for cash.
    3. The Gifts will be allocated on a random basis. Selection of types of Gifts is not permitted.
    4. All Gifts under this Promotion are only available on a first-come-first-served basis while stocks last.
    5. The Gifts are provided by third-party providers. To the extent permitted by applicable laws, Lane Crawford, its directors, officers, and staff are under no legal liability should any customer have claims whatsoever in connection with the Gifts.
    6. Lane Crawford Privilege Programme bonus rewards points (if any) are accrued in respect of the value of the original purchase transaction amount net of all applicable discounts during the Promotional Period.

    10. This Promotion may only be used for personal purchases and cannot be used for any commercial, resale, or promotional purposes or purchases on behalf of others or any other purposes whatsoever unless authorized by Lane Crawford in writing. Customers who violate this clause may be blacklisted and Lane Crawford reserves all its rights to take legal actions.
    11. Lane Crawford reserves its right to revise these terms and conditions as well as the Terms of Service, in either case, at any time without prior notice to or approval from any person.
    12. Should any dispute arise in connection with the Promotion, the decision of LCJG Limited, the holding company of Lane Crawford, shall be final.
    13. Other than related companies (including affiliates and subsidiaries and companies held in common control) of Lane Crawford, a person who is not a contracting party has no right to enforce or enjoy the benefit of any term hereunder.
