5. Excluded Transactions:
   This Promotion is not applicable to purchases of any full-priced merchandise, selected brands (as selected by Lane Crawford at its sole discretion), Jewellery merchandise, Beauty & Wellbeing merchandise, Apple-branded merchandise, Samsung-branded merchandise, spending made using the vouchers of ifc mall, Harbour City, Times Square, and Pacific Place (collectively the “Vouchers”), and/or Lane Crawford gift card(s).

   1. Lane Crawford Privilege Programme bonus rewards points (if any) are accrued in respect of the value of the original purchase transaction amount net of all applicable discounts and payments using coupons (including but not limited to the Vouchers) during the Promotional Period.
