This promotional offer (“Promotion”) is granted by Lane Crawford (Hong Kong) Limited (“Lane Crawford”) and subject to the terms and conditions below. By purchasing any merchandise under this Promotion, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and conditions below.

  1. Promotional Periods: April 19, 2023 until May 19, 2023 (both days inclusive).
  2. Eligible Store(s): This Promotion is only valid for Eligible Transactions (defined below) made at the following stores during the Promotional Period:
    1. online at www.lanecrawford.com.hk (“Lane Crawford Online Store”).
  3. Eligible Customer(s): This Promotion is only applicable to the following customers:
    1. Lane Crawford new customers who sign up to join the Lane Crawford Privilege Programme for the first time and complete their first transaction, are entitled with 10% off discount net spending in a single transaction in Lane Crawford Online Stores, for their first transacation (“eligible transaction”).
      2. To qualify for this Promotion, Eligible Customers are required to complete the registration for the Lane Crawford Privilege Programme, and sign in at Lane Crawford Online Store to make the transaction. This Promotion cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotional offers (including, without limitation, the Lane Crawford Privilege Programme regular discount).
  4. Eligible Transaction(s):
    During the Promotional Period, and subject to the Excluded Transactions below, Eligible Customers who sign up to join the Lane Crawford Privilege Programme for the first time and complete their first transaction, with minumum spending of HKD$1,600, can receive 10% off on any of the following merchandise in which is part of the same single transaction (“Eligible Transaction”), in their first transaction:
    - Any full-priced merchandise in Womenswear, Menswear, Ladies’ Shoes & Accessories, Mens’ Shoes & Accessories, and/or Home and Lifestyle departments in the same Eligible Transaction.
  5. Excluded Transactions: This Promotion is not applicable to purchases of marked-dwon merchandise, selected brands (as selected by Lane Crawford at its sole discretion), Concession, Consginment, Jewellery merchandise, Beauty & Wellbeing merchandise, Apple-branded merchandise, Samsung-branded merchandise and/or Lane Crawford gift card(s).
  6. Other Terms & Conditions
    1. Lane Crawford Privilege Programme bonus rewards points (if any) are accrued in respect of the value of the original purchase transaction amount net of all applicable discounts during the Promotional Period.

    3. This Promotion may only be used for personal purchases and cannot be used for any commercial, resale, or promotional purposes or purchases on behalf of others or any other purposes whatsoever unless authorized by Lane Crawford in writing. Customers who violate this clause may be blacklisted and Lane Crawford reserves all its rights to take legal actions.
    4. Lane Crawford reserves its right to revise the terms and conditions of this Promotion as well as the Terms of Service, in either case, at any time without prior notice. Please visit Lane Crawford Online Store from time to time for latest information.
    5. Should any dispute arise, the decision of LCJG Limited, the holding company of Lane Crawford shall be final.
    6. Other than related companies (including affiliates and subsidiaries and companies held in common control) of Lane Crawford, a person who is not a contracting party to this purchase has no right under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Ordinance (Cap 623 of the Laws of Hong Kong) to enforce or enjoy the benefit of any term of this purchase.
    7. This Promotion and these terms & conditions are governed by the laws of Hong Kong SAR and any dispute shall be referred to the Courts of Hong Kong SAR for settlement.
