This promotional offer (“Promotion”) is granted by Lane Crawford (Hong Kong) Limited (“Lane Crawford”) and subject to the terms and conditions below. By purchasing any merchandise under this Promotion, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and conditions below.

  1. Promotional Period: June 1, 2023 until June 18, 2023 (both days inclusive).
  2. Eligible Store(s): This Promotion is only valid for the Eligible Transaction(s) (defined below) made at the following store during the Promotional Period:
    1. online at www.lanecrawford.com.hk (“Lane Crawford Online Store”).
  3. Eligible Customer(s): This Promotion is only applicable to Lane Crawford Privilege Programme Members.
    To qualify for this Promotion, Eligible Customers are required to sign in at Lane Crawford Online Store. This Promotion cannot be used in conjunction with birthday bonus point offer.
  4. Eligible Transaction(s):
    During the Promotional Period, and subject to the Excluded Transactions below, Eligible Customers who spend HK$3,000 or more in a single transaction on any full-price merchandise in Menswear, Men’s shoes and accessories, and Home and Lifestyle departments (the “Eligible Products”) at Lane Crawford Online Store can earn double rewards points under the relevant tier of the Lane Crawford Privilege Programme, subject to a maximum cap of 20,000 double Rewards Points (the “Extra Rewards Points”).

    Each Eligible Customer can only earn a maximum of 20,000 Extra Rewards Points under this Promotion during the entire Promotional Period. By way of illustration:

    1. If, during the Promotional Period, the Eligible Customer spends a total of HK$10,000 on the Eligible Products in a single transaction, he/she will earn 10,000 Extra Rewards Points under this Promotion.

    2. If, during the Promotional Period, the Eligible Customer spends a total of HK$50,000 on the Eligible Products in a single transaction, he/she will earn 20,000 Extra Rewards Points under this Promotion.
  5. Excluded Transactions: This Promotion is not applicable to sale merchandise, Beauty & Wellness merchandise, womenswear, ladies’ shoes & accessories, Jewellery merchandise, Apple-branded merchandise, Samsung-branded merchandise, and/or Lane Crawford gift card(s).
  6. Other Terms & Conditions
    1. Lane Crawford Privilege Programme rewards points (if any) are accrued in respect of the value of the original purchase transaction amount net of all applicable discounts during the Promotional Period.
    2. The Extra Rewards Points will be credited to the Eligible Customers’ account by September 30, 2023.
    3. The Rewards Points cannot be exchanged for cash or any products or services.

This Promotion may only be used for personal purchases and cannot be used for any commercial, resale, or promotional purposes or purchases on behalf of others or any other purposes whatsoever unless authorized by Lane Crawford in writing. Customers who violate this clause may be blacklisted and Lane Crawford reserves all its rights to take legal actions.

    8. Should any dispute arise, the decision of LCJG Limited, the holding company of Lane Crawford shall be final.
    9. Other than related companies (including affiliates and subsidiaries and companies held in common control) of Lane Crawford, a person who is not a contracting party to this purchase has no right under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Ordinance (Cap 623 of the Laws of Hong Kong) to enforce or enjoy the benefit of any term of this purchase.
    10. This Promotion and these terms & conditions are governed by the laws of Hong Kong SAR and any dispute shall be referred to the Courts of Hong Kong SAR for settlement.
