This promotional offer (“Promotion”) is granted by Lane Crawford (Hong Kong) Limited (“Lane Crawford”) and subject to the terms and conditions below. By purchasing any merchandise under this Promotion, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and conditions below.

  1. Promotional Period: July 28, 2022 until July 31, 2022 (both days inclusive).
  2. Eligible Store(s): This Promotion is only valid for Eligible Transactions (defined below) made at the following stores during the Promotional Period:
    1. Lane Crawford ifc mall, Lane Crawford Canton Road, Lane Crawford Times Square and Lane Crawford Pacific Place home store (collectively, “Lane Crawford Stores”) ; and
    2. online at www.lanecrawford.com.hk (“Lane Crawford Online Store”).
  3. Eligible Customer(s): This Promotion is only applicable to the following customers:
    1. Lane Crawford Privilege Programme Members

    To qualify for this Promotion, Eligible Customers are required to complete the registration for the Lane Crawford Privilege Programme at Lane Crawford Stores, or sign in at Lane Crawford Online Store. This Promotion cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotional offers (including, without limitation, the Lane Crawford Privilege Programme regular discount).

  4. Eligible Transaction(s):
    1. During the Promotional Period, and subject to the Excluded Transactions below, Eligible Customers who purchase three or more sale merchandise from womenswear, menswear, ladies’ shoes & accessories and/or men’s shoes & accessories (“Eligible Products”) at any Eligible Stores can receive an additional 15% off on the sale merchandise within the same transaction.
    2. During the Promotional Period, and subject to the Excluded Transactions below, Eligible Customers who purchase five or more sale merchandise from womenswear, menswear, ladies’ shoes & accessories and/or men’s shoes & accessories (“Eligible Products”) at any Lane Crawford Stores only can receive an additional 30% off on the sale merchandise within the same transaction.
    3. During the Promotional Period, and subject to the Excluded Transactions below, Eligible Customers who purchase three or more sale merchandise from home and lifestyle (“Eligible Products”) at any Eligible Stores can receive an additional 15% off on the sale merchandise within the same transaction.
  5. Excluded Transactions: This Promotion is not applicable to purchases of full-priced merchandise, selected brands (as selected by Lane Crawford at its sole discretion), Jewellery merchandise, Beauty & Wellbeing merchandise, Apple-branded merchandise, Samsung-branded merchandise and/or Lane Crawford gift card(s).
  6. Other Terms & Conditions
    1. Lane Crawford Privilege Programme bonus rewards points (if any) are accrued in respect of the value of the original purchase transaction amount net of all applicable discounts during the Promotional Period.

    3. This Promotion may only be used for personal purchases and cannot be used for any commercial, resale, or promotional purposes or purchases on behalf of others or any other purposes whatsoever unless authorized by Lane Crawford in writing. Customers who violate this clause may be blacklisted and Lane Crawford reserves all its rights to take legal actions.
    4. Lane Crawford reserves its right to revise the terms and conditions of this Promotion as well as the Terms of Service, in either case, at any time without prior notice. Please visit Lane Crawford Online Store from time to time for latest information.
    5. Should any dispute arise, the decision of LCJG Limited, the holding company of Lane Crawford shall be final.
    6. Other than related companies (including affiliates and subsidiaries and companies held in common control) of Lane Crawford, a person who is not a contracting party to this purchase has no right under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Ordinance (Cap 623 of the Laws of Hong Kong) to enforce or enjoy the benefit of any term of this purchase.
    7. This Promotion and these terms & conditions are governed by the laws of Hong Kong SAR and any dispute shall be referred to the Courts of Hong Kong SAR for settlement.
