This promotional offer (“Promotion”) is granted by Lane Crawford (Hong Kong) Limited (“Lane Crawford”) and subject to the terms and conditions below. By purchasing any merchandise under this Promotion, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and conditions below.

  1. Promotional Period: April 30, 2022 until May 31, 2022 (both days inclusive).
  2. Redemption Period: April 30, 2022 until June 12, 2022 (both days inclusive).
  3. Eligible Store(s): This Promotion is only valid for Eligible Transactions (defined below) made at the following stores during the Promotional Period:
    1. Lane Crawford ifc mall, Lane Crawford Canton Road, Lane Crawford Times Square and Lane Crawford Pacific Place Home Store (collectively, “Lane Crawford Stores”); and
    2. online at www.lanecrawford.com.hk (“Lane Crawford Online Store”).
  4. Eligible Customer(s): This Promotion is only applicable to the following customers:
    1. Lane Crawford Privilege Programme Members as selected by Lane Crawford at its sole discretion (“Selected Members”)”.

    To qualify for this Promotion, Eligible Customers are required to complete the registration for the Lane Crawford Privilege Programme at Lane Crawford Stores, or sign in at Lane Crawford Online Store. This Promotion cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotional offers (including, without limitation, the Lane Crawford Privilege Programme regular discount).

  5. Eligible Transaction(s):
    1. During the Promotional Period, and subject to the Excluded Transactions below, Eligible Customers who spend HK$2,000 or more in a single transaction on any full-price merchandise in the Beauty & Wellness department at Lane Crawford Stores & Lane Crawford Online Store (“Eligible Transaction”) can receive a discount voucher of HK$150 (“Voucher”). Each Voucher may only be used on the Eligible Customer’s next transaction of HK$1,000 or more on any full-price merchandise in Beauty & Wellness department at Lane Crawford Stores & Lane Crawford Online Store.
  6. Excluded Transactions: This Promotion is not applicable to purchases of selected brands (as selected by Lane Crawford at its sole discretion), Jewellery merchandise, Womenswear, Menswear, Ladies’ Shoes & Accessories, Mens’ Shoes & Accessories, Home and Lifestyle, , Apple-branded merchandise, Samsung-branded merchandise and/or Lane Crawford gift card(s).
  7. Other Terms & Conditions
    1. Lane Crawford Privilege Programme bonus rewards points (if any) are accrued in respect of the value of the original purchase transaction amount net of all applicable discounts during the Promotional Period.

    3. This Promotion may only be used for personal purchases and cannot be used for any commercial, resale, or promotional purposes or purchases on behalf of others or any other purposes whatsoever unless authorized by Lane Crawford in writing. Customers who violate this clause may be blacklisted and Lane Crawford reserves all its rights to take legal actions.

    5. Should any dispute arise, the decision of LCJG Limited, the holding company of Lane Crawford shall be final.
    6. Other than related companies (including affiliates and subsidiaries and companies held in common control) of Lane Crawford, a person who is not a contracting party to this purchase has no right under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Ordinance (Cap 623 of the Laws of Hong Kong) to enforce or enjoy the benefit of any term of this purchase.
    7. This Promotion and these terms & conditions are governed by the laws of Hong Kong SAR and any dispute shall be referred to the Courts of Hong Kong SAR for settlement.
