This promotional offer (“Promotion”) is granted by Lane Crawford (Hong Kong) Limited (“Lane Crawford”) and subject to the terms and conditions below. By purchasing any merchandise under this Promotion, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and conditions below.

  1. Promotional Period: April 20, 2022 until May 19, 2022 (both days inclusive).
  2. Eligible Store(s): This Promotion is only valid for Eligible Transactions (defined below) made online at www.lanecrawford.com.hk (“Lane Crawford Online Store”) during the Promotional Period.
  3. Eligible Customer(s): This Promotion is only applicable to new customers who sign up to join the Lane Crawford Privilege Programme for the first time and complete their first transaction on the Lane Crawford Online Store during the Promotional Period.

    To qualify for this Promotion, Eligible Customers are required to complete the registration for the Lane Crawford Privilege Programme, and sign in at Lane Crawford Online Store to complete the Eligible Transaction (defined below). This Promotion cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotional offers (including, without limitation, the Lane Crawford Privilege Programme regular discount).

  • Eligible Transaction(s): During the Promotional Period, and subject to the Excluded Transactions below, Eligible Customers can receive 10% off on any of the following merchandise in which is part of the same single transaction, being their first transaction made at the Lane Crawford Online Store (“Eligible Transaction”):
    1. Any full-priced merchandise in Womenswear, Menswear, Ladies’ Shoes & Accessories, Mens’ Shoes & Accessories, and/or Home and Lifestyle departments in the same Eligible Transaction.
  • Excluded Transactions: This Promotion is not applicable to purchases of marked-down merchandise, selected brands (as selected by Lane Crawford at its sole discretion), Concession, Consginment, Jewellery merchandise, Beauty & Wellbeing merchandise, Apple-branded merchandise, Samsung-branded merchandise and/or Lane Crawford gift card(s).
  • Other Terms & Conditions
    1. Lane Crawford Privilege Programme bonus rewards points (if any) are accrued in respect of the value of the original purchase transaction amount net of all applicable discounts during the Promotional Period.

    3. This Promotion may only be used for personal purchases and cannot be used for any commercial, resale, or promotional purposes or purchases on behalf of others or any other purposes whatsoever unless authorized by Lane Crawford in writing. Customers who violate this clause may be blacklisted and Lane Crawford reserves all its rights to take legal actions.

    5. Should any dispute arise, the decision of LCJG Limited, the holding company of Lane Crawford shall be final.
    6. Other than related companies (including affiliates and subsidiaries and companies held in common control) of Lane Crawford, a person who is not a contracting party to this purchase has no right under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Ordinance (Cap 623 of the Laws of Hong Kong) to enforce or enjoy the benefit of any term of this purchase.
    7. This Promotion and these terms & conditions are governed by the laws of Hong Kong SAR and any dispute shall be referred to the Courts of Hong Kong SAR for settlement.
