  1. Subject to these terms and conditions, this promotion is valid from May 1, 2020, until further notice at Lane Crawford online store at www.lanecrawford.com.hk (the“Lane Crawford Online Store”).
  2. Members of the Lane Crawford Privilege Programme or the Beauty+ Programme spending HK$1,000 or more in a single transaction on full price beauty and wellbeing products, Womenswear, Ladies shoes and accessories, Jewellery (“Eligible Transaction”) in Lane Crawford Online Store during the Period will receive a Blushing Lip Beauties Gift Set by Fresh, while stocks last.
  3. Only one set of "Blushing Lip Beauties Gift Set” will be given to each customer for spending of HK$1,000 or above during the Period.

  6. The Promotion is available to members of the Lane Crawford Privilege Programme or the Beauty+ Programme only. Non-members must complete the registration form for Lane Crawford Privilege Programme or the Beauty+ Programme in order to qualify for the Promotion.
  7. Except to the extent required by applicable laws, no refunds or exchanges are available in respect of the Eligible Transactions, in relation to which the customer has enjoyed the Promotion. Where any exchanges or refunds are permitted by law, the customer must return both the purchased items and the benefits enjoyed under the Promotion if such purchases would otherwise not have been an Eligible Transaction.
  8. The Promotion may only be used for personal purchases and cannot be used for any commercial or promotional purposes or any other purposes whatsoever unless authorized by Lane Crawford in writing.
  9. Lane Crawford will not be responsible or liable for any loss or liability suffered by the customers arising out of or in connection with their participation in the Promotion.
  10. Should any dispute arise, the decision of LCJG Limited, the holding company of Lane Crawford shall be final. These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Hong Kong SAR and any dispute shall be referred to the Courts of Hong Kong SAR.
