Terms & Conditions

Use of the Lane Crawford Beauty Gift Card (“BGC”) is subject to the following Terms and Conditions of Use.

  • The BGC is valid from June 27, 2025 until August 31, 2025 (both days inclusive).
  • The BGC cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotions funded by Lane Crawford, or for the Summer Beauty Box, and may only be used for purchases of selected Beauty & Wellness items at the following stores: Lane Crawford ifc mall, Lane Crawford Canton Road, Lane Crawford Times Square.
  • Each customer may purchase a maximum of 10 BGCs.
  • A maximum of 2 BGCs can be redeemed in one single transaction.
  • The physical card of the BGC must be presented.
  • The user must record the BGC serial number and keep it in a secret and secure place.
  • The user must maintain secure possession of the BGC. Lane Crawford (Hong Kong) Limited is not responsible or liable for any losses the user may incur if the BGC is used without their permission.
  • Any remaining BGC balance will be cancelled upon the expiry date.
  • The user can check the balance and expiry date of the BGC by enquiry through customercare@lanecrawford.com.
  • Privilege Program bonus points cannot be accrued when redeeming the BGC.
  • The BGC may only be used for personal purchases and cannot be used for any commercial or promotional purpose unless authorised by Lane Crawford in writing.
  • Any lost/damage of the physical card would be at the BGC Holder’s own costs, and no re-issuance by the company is possible
  • No return or exchange is allowed for goods purchased with this BGC.

If a customer violates the Terms and Conditions of use of the BGC or Lane Crawford’s Return and Exchange Policy or Lane Crawford Store Operations Policies (including without limitation demonstrating a high incidence of returns of Merchandise after purchase) or engages in inappropriate behavior (including without limitation abuse of Lane Crawford staff) or illegal activities (including parallel importing or passing off of Merchandise purchased at Lane Crawford), the customer may suffer the following consequences:

  • Customer may be blacklisted by Lane Crawford and future custom refused;
  • Return or exchange of Merchandise may be declined;
  • Customer who is a holder of Privilege Card may be disqualified from the Privilege Card Programme together with members resident at the same address as the Customer;
  • Customer and any individual resident at the same address as the Customer may be refused membership of the Privilege Programme.

    • The decision as to whether a Customer has violated the Terms and Conditions of Use of the BGC, the Return and Exchange Policy or the Lane Crawford Store Policies including without limitation engaged in inappropriate behavior or illegal activities remains within Lane Crawford’s sole discretion and its decision shall be final. Suspected illegal activities will be referred to Lane Crawford’s legal department for further investigation and action.

  • If found, please return BGC to any Lane Crawford store in Hong Kong SAR.
  • Lane Crawford (Hong Kong) Limited reserves the right to change these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice.
  • LCJG Limited, the holding company of Lane Crawford reserves the right of final decision in case of any dispute.
  • The Terms & Conditions of the Lane Crawford Gift Card are governed by the laws of Hong Kong SAR and any dispute shall be referred to the Courts of Hong Kong SAR.
