The Stamp Your Crest Experience is organised by Lane Crawford (Hong Kong) Limited (“Lane Crawford”) and subject to the terms and conditions below. By registering for and participating in this workshop, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and conditions below.

   3. Lane Crawford Harbour City: August 18 to 19, 2026
   4. Lane Crawford Pacific Place Home Store: September 26 to 27, 2026
2. Eligible Store(s): This experience is only available to Eligible Customers (defined below) at the following stores during the relevant Promotional Period:

   4. Lane Crawford Pacific Place Home Store
   5. Lane Crawford Online Store
3. Eligible Customer(s):

   This experience is only available to customers who:

   1. are Lane Crawford Privilege Programme members;
   2. Each Lane Crawford Privilege Programme member can only join the experience once.
4. Eligible Transaction(s):

   During August 24 to September 27, 2026 (both days inclusive), and subject to Excluded Transactions below, Eligible Customers who purchased over HKD 20,000 in a single transaction at any of the Eligible Stores listed above can enjoy the experience free of charge.

   OR

   Eligible Customers can sign up for the Stamp Your Crest experience for an activation fee of HKD 580 at any of the Eligible Stores listed above. The payment is non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash, other gifts, or discounts.

5. Excluded Transactions:

   This experience is not applicable to purchases of Lane Crawford gift card(s).

6. Participation:
   1. Seats of the experience are limited, allocated on a first-come first-served basis.
   2. All materials and tools provided at the experience are subject to availability.
   3. Lane Crawford reserves the right to cancel or reschedule the experience in the event of unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, participants will be notified and offered an alternative session or a full refund of the activation fee.
   4. Participants are suggested to always follow the instructions of the staff. Lane Crawford reserves the right to refuse participation or remove any participant who fails to comply with staff instructions or behaves in a manner that may cause disruption or safety concerns.
   5. Participants are advised to exercise caution when handling and follow all safety instructions provided by the staff. For children under 16 years old, a parent or guardian must remain present throughout the entire session. Lane Crawford shall not be held liable for any loss, damage, or injury arising from the participant's failure to follow safety guidelines or instructions.
7. Payment & Refund Policy:
   1. Should the participants join via paying the activation fee of HKD 580, it must be paid in full on or before the activation day.
   2. The activation fee is non-refundable, except in the event of cancellation or rescheduling by Lane Crawford as set out in clause 6(c).
   3. Seats are non-transferable and cannot be reassigned to another participant.
8. Weather Cancellation & Safety Policy
   1. For the safety of all participants and staff, the experience will be postponed or cancelled if the Hong Kong Observatory issues any of the following signals:
      1. Typhoon Signal No. 8 or above
      2. Black Rainstorm Warning
      3. "Extreme Conditions" announcement by the Government
   2. The decision to proceed with the experience will be based on whether any of the above warnings are active or hoisted 2 hours prior to the scheduled start time. For example, if an experience is set to begin at 1:30 PM and a warning is active at or after 11:30 AM, the session will be postponed.
   3. The experience will run as scheduled under Typhoon Signal No. 1 or 3, and Amber or Red Rainstorm Warnings. Participants are advised to use their discretion based on local transport conditions. No individual refunds or make-up classes will be issued if the workshop proceeds.
   4. If a Typhoon Signal No. 8 or Black Rainstorm Warning is hoisted while the experience is in progress, the session will be suspended immediately. Participants will be advised to stay indoors until conditions are safe to leave.
   5. If the experience is cancelled due to adverse weather, Lane Crawford will arrange a make-up session within 30 days.
   6. If a participant cannot attend the rescheduled date, a cash refund will be issued (Only applicable to customers who sign up for the event with HKD 580 activation fee).
9. Other Terms & Conditions:
   1. Lane Crawford is not responsible for any loss, damage, or injury sustained during the workshop.
   2. Lane Crawford’s Terms of Service and Privacy Policy apply to this workshop. Please visit www.lanecrawford.com.hk for full details (collectively, “Terms of Service”).
   3. This experience is for personal participation only and cannot be used for any commercial, resale, or promotional purposes unless authorized by Lane Crawford in writing. Customers who violate this clause may be blacklisted and Lane Crawford reserves all its rights to take legal actions.
   4. Lane Crawford reserves its right to revise the terms and conditions of this workshop as well as the Terms of Service, in either case, at any time without prior notice to or approval from any person.
   5. Should any dispute arise in connection with this workshop, the decision of LCJG Limited, the holding company of Lane Crawford, shall be final.
   6. Other than related companies (including affiliates and subsidiaries and companies held in common control) of Lane Crawford, a person who is not a contracting party to this purchase has no right under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Ordinance (Cap 623 of the Laws of Hong Kong) to enforce or enjoy the benefit of any term of this purchase.
   7. This workshop and these terms & conditions are governed by the laws of Hong Kong SAR and any dispute shall be referred to the Courts of Hong Kong SAR for settlement.
