3. Eligible Customer(s): This Promotion is only applicable to Lane Crawford Privilege Programme Members.
   To qualify for this Promotion, Eligible Customers are required to sign in at Lane Crawford Online Store.
4. Eligible Transaction(s):

   During the Promotional Period and subject to the Excluded Transactions below, top customers who purchase at least 10 items of Jellycat merchandise will be eligible for the Promotion. Rankings will be based on the total quantity purchased during the Promotional Period.

   2. Should any dispute arise, the decision of LCJG Limited, the holding company of Lane Crawford, shall be final and binding.
   3. Other than related companies (including affiliates, subsidiaries, and companies held in common control) of Lane Crawford, a person who is not a contracting party to this purchase has no right under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Ordinance (Cap. 623 of the Laws of Hong Kong) to enforce or enjoy the benefit of any term hereof.
   4. This Promotion and these terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Hong Kong SAR, and any dispute shall be referred to the courts of Hong Kong SAR for settlement.
