Terms & Conditions
The Denim Cap Redesign Workshop is organised by Lane Crawford (Hong Kong) Limited (“Lane Crawford”) and subject to the terms and conditions below. By registering for and participating in this workshop, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and conditions below.

Eligible Store(s): This workshop is only available to Eligible Customers (defined below) at the following stores during the relevant Promotional Period:

Eligible Customer(s):
This workshop is only available to customers who:
- are Lane Crawford Privilege Programme members; and
- have signed up for Lane Crawford’s Denim Cap Redesign Workshop and have completed the payment of the workshop fee of HKD 400 at any of the Eligible Stores listed above.
- Each Lane Crawford Privilege Programme member can only join the workshop once.

Redemption Offer:
- The HKD 400 workshop fee is fully redeemable for any products purchased at Lane Crawford stores (except Lane Crawford Pacific Place Home) within 14 days from the workshop date (i.e., workshop date is 14 Aug, purchase available on or before August 28, 2026, respectively).
- Redemption is applicable to all products.
- A minimum spend of a single transaction of HKD 2,000 is required to redeem the workshop fee.
- The redemption is valid for a single transaction only and cannot be combined with other promotions or discounts.
- The redemption is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or gift cards.
- A maximum of one redemption can be used for a single transaction.

Redemption Offer:
- Seats of the workshop are limited, allocated on a first-come first-served basis.
- All materials and tools provided at the workshop are subject to availability.
- Lane Crawford reserves the right to cancel or reschedule the workshop in the event of unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, participants will be notified and offered an alternative session or a full refund of the workshop fee.
- Participants are suggested to always follow the instructions of the workshop staff. Lane Crawford reserves the right to refuse participation or remove any participant who fails to comply with staff instructions or behaves in a manner that may cause disruption or safety concerns.
- This workshop might involve use of different tools for personalisation, including but not limited to bleach or hot glue. Participants are advised to exercise caution when handling and follow all safety instructions provided by the workshop staff. For children under 16 years old, a parent or guardian must remain present throughout the entire session. Lane Crawford shall not be held liable for any loss, damage, or injury arising from the participant's failure to follow safety guidelines or instructions.

Payment & Refund Policy:
- The workshop fee of HKD 400 must be paid in full on or before the workshop day.
- The workshop fee is non-refundable, except in the event of cancellation or rescheduling by Lane Crawford as set out in clause 5(c).
- No exchange or refund is allowed after participating in the workshop. Seats are non-transferable and cannot be reassigned to another participant.

Weather Cancellation & Safety Policy
- For the safety of all participants and staff, workshops will be postponed or cancelled if the Hong Kong Observatory issues any of the following signals:
- Typhoon Signal No. 8 or above
- Black Rainstorm Warning
- "Extreme Conditions" announcement by the Government
- The decision to proceed with a workshop will be based on whether any of the above warnings are active or hoisted 2 hours prior to the scheduled start time. For example, if a workshop is set to begin at 1:30 PM and a warning is active at or after 11:30 AM, the session will be postponed.
- Workshops will run as scheduled under Typhoon Signal No. 1 or 3, and Amber or Red Rainstorm Warnings. Participants are advised to use their discretion based on local transport conditions. No individual refunds or make-up classes will be issued if the workshop proceeds.
- If a Typhoon Signal No. 8 or Black Rainstorm Warning is hoisted while a workshop is in progress, the session will be suspended immediately. Participants will be advised to stay indoors until conditions are safe to leave.
- If a workshop is cancelled due to adverse weather, Lane Crawford will arrange a make-up session within 30 days.
- If a participant cannot attend the rescheduled date, a cash refund will be issued.

Other Terms & Conditions
- Lane Crawford is not responsible for any loss, damage, or injury sustained during the workshop.
- Lane Crawford’s Terms of Service and Privacy Policy apply to this workshop. Please visit www.lanecrawford.com.hk for full details (collectively, “Terms of Service”).
- This workshop is for personal participation only and cannot be used for any commercial, resale, or promotional purposes unless authorized by Lane Crawford in writing. Customers who violate this clause may be blacklisted and Lane Crawford reserves all its rights to take legal actions.
- Lane Crawford reserves its right to revise the terms and conditions of this workshop as well as the Terms of Service, in either case, at any time without prior notice to or approval from any person.
- Should any dispute arise in connection with this workshop, the decision of LCJG Limited, the holding company of Lane Crawford, shall be final.
- Other than related companies (including affiliates and subsidiaries and companies held in common control) of Lane Crawford, a person who is not a contracting party to this purchase has no right under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Ordinance (Cap 623 of the Laws of Hong Kong) to enforce or enjoy the benefit of any term of this purchase.
- This workshop and these terms & conditions are governed by the laws of Hong Kong SAR and any dispute shall be referred to the Courts of Hong Kong SAR for settlement.
