This promotional offer (“Promotion”) is granted by Lane Crawford (Hong Kong) Limited (“Lane Crawford”) and is subject to the terms and conditions below. By making a qualifying purchase, you accept and agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.

1. Promotional Period:
   1. The Promotion is valid, from 1 September 2026 to 30 September 2026 both dates inclusive.
2. Eligible Store(s):
   1. Valid at Lane Crawford ifc mall, Lane Crawford Harbour City, Lane Crawford Times Square, and online at www.lanecrawford.com.hk (“Lane Crawford Online Store”).
3. General Eligibility & Offer:
   1. The gifts with purchase (“GWP Gifts”) are available exclusively with qualifying purchases made on Beauty & Wellbeing during the Promotional Period.
   2. Tier 1: Customers who spend HK$2,500 or more in a single qualifying transaction will receive:
      1. One Lane Crawford Lip Oil;
      2. One Lane Crawford Lip Oil Holder; and
   3. Tier 2: Customers who spend HK$3,500 or more in a single qualifying transaction will receive:
      1. The Tier 1 Gift, comprising one Lane Crawford Lip Oil, one Lane Crawford Lip Oil Holder, and one Charm; and
      2. One Pouch.
   4. Tier 2 customers will not receive duplicate Tier 1 Gifts unless otherwise stated by Lane Crawford.
   5. Qualifying spend must be made in a single transaction. Purchases from separate transactions cannot be combined.
   6. The GWP Gifts are available on a first-come, first-served basis, while stocks last.
   7. The GWP Gifts cannot be exchanged for cash, other gifts, discounts, refunds, or other monetary value.
   8. Product, colour, design, and style selections are subject to availability and may vary between stores and online.
   9. For online purchases, the applicable GWP Gift will be added to the order or fulfilled separately, subject to availability and the relevant online order terms.
4. General Conditions:
   1. The Promotion cannot be used in conjunction with other promotions, offers, discounts, vouchers, or privileges unless otherwise specified by Lane Crawford.
   2. The Promotion and GWP Gifts are non-transferable and cannot be resold.
   3. The Promotion is for personal use only and may not be used for commercial, resale, or promotional purposes unless authorised by Lane Crawford in writing.
   4. Lane Crawford reserves the right to verify qualifying purchases and eligibility at its discretion.
   5. If a qualifying purchase is cancelled, returned, refunded, or exchanged and the purchase no longer meets the relevant spending threshold, the customer may be required to return the GWP Gift or reimburse Lane Crawford for its value.
   6. Lane Crawford reserves the right to amend, suspend, or terminate the Promotion, or change these terms and conditions, without prior notice.
   7. In the event of any dispute, the decision of LCJG Limited, the holding company of Lane Crawford, shall be final and binding.
5. Governing Law & Disputes:
   1. Lane Crawford’s Terms of Service and Privacy Policy apply to this Promotion (available at www.lanecrawford.com.hk).
   2. Should any dispute arise, the decision of LCJG Limited, the holding company of Lane Crawford, shall be final and binding.
   3. Other than related companies (including affiliates, subsidiaries, and companies held in common control) of Lane Crawford, a person who is not a contracting party to this purchase has no right under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Ordinance (Cap. 623 of the Laws of Hong Kong) to enforce or enjoy the benefit of any term hereof.
   4. This Promotion and these terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Hong Kong SAR, and any dispute shall be referred to the courts of Hong Kong SAR for settlement.
