During Promotional Period A, and subject to the Excluded Transactions below, Eligible Customers who spend HK$2,500 net or more in one single transaction at Lane Crawford Stores on selected Beauty & Wellness products (“Eligible Transaction”) can gain one chance of playing the drop-ball game at Lane Crawford Stores on the day of purchase to receive 1 to 7 beauty gifts (“Beauty Gifts”) by presenting the receipt to our staff.
   2. During Promotional Period B, and subject to the Excluded Transactions below, Eligible Customers who spend HK$2,500 net or more in one single transaction at Lane Crawford Stores on selected Beauty & Wellness products (“Eligible Transaction”) can gain one chance of playing the drop-ball game at Lane Crawford Stores on the day of purchase to receive 1 to 7 beauty gifts (“Beauty Gifts”) or up to 6 beauty gits (“Beauty Gifts”) with one set of 2 tickets to ON SHOW with THE VOCALIST LIVE – CANTOPOP DISCO or a surprise (“Tickets”) by presenting the receipt to our staff.
   3. During Promotional Period A, and subject to the Excluded Transactions below, Eligible Customers who spend HK$2,500 net or more in one single transaction at Lane Crawford Stores and Lane Crawford Online Store on selected Beauty & Wellness products (“Eligible Transaction”) can receive 10% off for their next purchase of a minimum of HK$2,000 on Beauty & Wellness products from September 1 to 30, 2025. This promotion cannot be used in conjunction with other Lane Crawford-funded promotions. A maximum discount of HK$2,000 is applied for eligible purchases under this promotion.
5. Excluded Transactions:

   This Promotion is not applicable to purchases of merchandises not directly made with Lane Crawford, and/or purchases of selected brands (as selected by Lane Crawford at its sole discretion), the Advent Calendar & Summer Box, Womenswear, Menswear, Ladies’ Shoes & Accessories, Mens’ Shoes & Accessories, Home & Lifestyle, and/or Jewellery & Watches departments, Apple-branded merchandise, Samsung-branded merchandise and/or Lane Crawford gift card(s).

      1. Each Eligible Customer under a single phone number and membership number can play the drop-ball game for a maximum of 2 times per day during the relevant Promotional Period.
      2. All Eligible Customer(s) must redeem the Gifts on the date of transaction. Gifts which are not redeemed on the date of transaction will be considered as forfeited.
      3. All Eligible Customer(s) must complete the pre-registration for the Tickets on the date of transaction in stores. Tickets which are not redeemed on the date of transaction will be forfeited.
      4. All Gifts under this Promotion are only available from September 1 to 21, 2025. Each beauty gift may only be selected once per day. The Gifts are provided by third-party providers. To the extent permitted by applicable laws, Lane Crawford, its directors, officers and staff are under no legal liability should any customer have claims whatsoever in connection with the provision of the Gifts.
      5. Once a Beauty Gift and Ticket has been redeemed, it cannot be refunded or reissued if a customer subsequently returns the merchandise purchased by such redemption.

      7. This Promotion may only be used for personal purchases and cannot be used for any commercial, resale, or promotional purposes or purchases on behalf of others or any other purposes whatsoever unless authorized by Lane Crawford in writing. Customers who violate this clause may be blacklisted and Lane Crawford reserves all its rights to take legal actions.
      8. Should any dispute arise in connection with this Promotion, the decision of LCJG Limited, the holding company of Lane Crawford, shall be final.
      9. Other than related companies (including affiliates and subsidiaries and companies held in common control) of Lane Crawford, a person who is not a contracting party to this purchase has no right under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Ordinance (Cap 623 of the Laws of Hong Kong) to enforce or enjoy the benefit of any term of this purchase.
      10. This Promotion and these terms & conditions are governed by the laws of Hong Kong SAR and any dispute shall be referred to the Courts of Hong Kong SAR for settlement.
