This Promotion is granted by Lane Crawford (Hong Kong) Limited (“Lane Crawford”) and subject to the terms and conditions below. By redeeming the voucher at any Eligible Stores (defined below), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and conditions below.

1. Promotion Period:
   1. November 6, 2025 until November 24, 2025 (Both dates inclusive)
2. Eligible Store(s): This Voucher is only valid for Eligible Transactions (defined below) made at the following stores during the Promotional Period:
   1. Lane Crawford ifc mall,
   2. Lane Crawford Canton Road, and
   3. Lane Crawford Times Square (collectively, “Lane Crawford Stores”)
3. Eligible Customer(s): This Voucher is only applicable to the following customers:
   1. Selected Lane Crawford Privilege Programme Members as designated by Lane Crawford at its sole discretion.
      
      To qualify for this Promotion, Eligible Customers are required to complete the registration for the Lane Crawford Privilege Programme at Lane Crawford Stores.
4. Eligible Transaction(s):
   1. During the relevant Promotional Period, and subject to the Excluded Transactions below, Eligible Customers who spend HK$4,000 net or more in one single transaction at any Eligible Store on any selected Beauty & Wellbeing items can gain one chance of playing a game at the Eligible Store(s) on the day of purchase to receive a beauty gift by presenting the receipt to our staff.
5. Excluded Transactions:
   1. This Promotion is not applicable to purchases of merchandises not directly made with Lane Crawford, and/or purchases of selected brands (as selected by Lane Crawford at its sole discretion), the Lane Crawford Summer Beauty Box, Womenswear, Menswear, Ladies’ Shoes & Accessories, Mens’ Shoes & Accessories, Home & Lifestyle, and/or Jewellery & Watches departments, Apple-branded merchandise, Samsung-branded merchandise and/or Lane Crawford gift card(s).
6. Other Terms & Conditions
   1. A time limit of 1 minute applies for the buzz wire game. Eligible Customers may play the game a maximum of one time per day. If the wire is touched at any point during the game, the participant must restart from the beginning and complete the game without touching the wire.
   2. All Eligible Customer(s) must show this note along with the original purchase receipt to our staff to redeem gifts on the date of purchase, at the Eligible Store the purchase was made at. Gifts which are not redeemed on the date of transaction will be considered as forfeited.
   3. All Gifts under this Promotion are only available from November 6 to 24, 2025, on a first-come-first-served basis. The Gifts are provided by third-party providers. To the extent permitted by applicable laws, Lane Crawford, its directors, officers and staff are under no legal liability should any customer have claims whatsoever in connection with the provision of the Gifts.
   4. Once a Beauty Gift has been redeemed, it cannot be refunded or reissued if a customer subsequently returns the merchandise purchased by such redemption.

   6. This Promotion may only be used for personal purchases and cannot be used for any commercial, resale, or promotional purposes or purchases on behalf of others or any other purposes whatsoever unless authorized by Lane Crawford in writing. Customers who violate this clause may be blacklisted and Lane Crawford reserves all its rights to take legal actions.
   7. Should any dispute arise in connection with this Promotion, the decision of LCJG Limited, the holding company of Lane Crawford, shall be final.
   8. Other than related companies (including affiliates and subsidiaries and companies held in common control) of Lane Crawford, a person who is not a contracting party to this purchase has no right under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Ordinance (Cap 623 of the Laws of Hong Kong) to enforce or enjoy the benefit of any term of this purchase.
