This promotional offer (“Promotion”) is granted by Lane Crawford (Hong Kong) Limited (“Lane Crawford”) and subject to the terms and conditions below. By purchasing any merchandise under this Promotion, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and conditions below.

  1. Promotional Period: September 1st, 2023 until October 8th, 2023 (both days inclusive).
  2. Eligible Store(s): This Promotion is only valid for Eligible Transactions (defined below) made at the following stores during the Promotional Period:
    1. Lane Crawford ifc mall, Lane Crawford Canton Road, Lane Crawford Times Square and Lane Crawford Pacific Place home store (collectively, “Lane Crawford Stores”); and
    2. online at www.lanecrawford.com.hk (“Lane Crawford Online Store”).
  3. Eligible Customer(s): This Promotion is only applicable to the following customers and cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotional offers including, without limitation, the Lane Crawford Privilege Programme Members’ birthday double Rewards Points:
    1. To qualify for this Promotion, Eligible Customers are required to complete the registration for the Lane Crawford Privilege Programme at Lane Crawford Stores, or sign in at Lane Crawford Online Store.
  4. Eligible Transaction(s):
    1. During the Promotional Period, and subject to the Excluded Transactions below, Eligible Customers who spend HK$ 100,000 – HK$159,999 in same day on the following merchandise at any Eligible Store can earn 50,000 extra rewards points. Eligible Customers who spend HK$ 160,000 – HK$229,999 in same day on the following merchandise at any Eligible Store can earn 150,000 extra rewards points. Eligible Customers who spend HK$ 230,000 or more in same day on the following merchandise at any Eligible Store can earn 400,000 extra rewards points. For the avoidance of doubt, the above spending thresholds shall refer to the purchase price net of all applicable Lane Crawford Privilege Programme discounts. (collectively “Eligible Transactions”):
      • - Any full-price merchandise in Womenswear, Menswear, Ladies’ Shoes & Accessories, Mens’ Shoes & Accessories, Jewellery merchandise and/or Home and Lifestyle departments in any Lane Crawford Store (including the Lane Crawford Online Store).
    2. During the Promotional Period, Lane Crawford gift card(s) can be used for combined settlement with other payment means. The net sales amount of Eligible Transactions conducted on the same day will be eligible for this discount. The amount paid with Lane Crawford gift card(s) are excluded from the calculation of spending thresholds of Eligible Transactions.
  5. Excluded Transactions: This Promotion is not applicable to purchases of selected brands (as selected by Lane Crawford at its sole discretion), sale merchandise, consignment, concession, Beauty & Wellness merchandise, Apple-branded merchandise, Samsung-branded merchandise and/or Lane Crawford gift card(s).
  6. Other Terms & Conditions
    1. Lane Crawford Privilege Programme rewards points (if any) are accrued in respect of the value of the original purchase transaction amount net of all applicable discounts during the Promotional Period.
    2. The extra rewards points will be credited to the Eligible Customers’ account on or before 31st December 2023.
    3. The extra rewards points cannot be exchanged for cash or any products or services.
    4. Each Eligible Customer can only enjoy the Promotion once a day during the Promotional Period.
    5. The Promotion is limited in quantity and available on a first-come, first-served basis.

    8. This Promotion may only be used for personal purchases and cannot be used for any commercial, resale, or promotional purposes or purchases on behalf of others or any other purposes whatsoever unless authorized by Lane Crawford in writing. Customers who violate this clause may be blacklisted and Lane Crawford reserves all its rights to take legal actions.
    9. Lane Crawford reserves its right to revise the terms and conditions of this Promotion as well as the Terms of Service, in either case, at any time without prior notice. Please visit Lane Crawford Online Store from time to time for latest information.
    10. Should any dispute arise, the decision of LCJG Limited, the holding company of Lane Crawford shall be final.
    11. Other than related companies (including affiliates and subsidiaries and companies held in common control) of Lane Crawford, a person who is not a contracting party to this purchase has no right under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Ordinance (Cap 623 of the Laws of Hong Kong) to enforce or enjoy the benefit of any term of this purchase.
    12. This Promotion and these terms & conditions are governed by the laws of Hong Kong SARand any dispute shall be referred to the Courts of Hong Kong SAR for settlement.
