This Promotion cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotional offers (including, without limitation, the Lane Crawford Privilege Programme regular discount).

5. Excluded Transactions : This Promotion is not applicable to purchases of any full-priced merchandise, selected brands (as selected by Lane Crawford at its sole discretion), Jewellery merchandise, Beauty & Wellbeing merchandise, Apple-branded merchandise, Samsung-branded merchandise, spending made using the vouchers of Voucher Redemption Programmes of Harbour City and/or Times Square, and/or purchase of Lane Crawford gift card(s).
6. Other Terms & Conditions
   1. If:
      1. the Eligible Customer returns any (but not all) merchandise purchased under a Eligible Transaction at the Lane Crawford Online Store pursuant to any Offer (“Returned Merchandise”); and
      2. the purchase requirement of that Offer will not be met after such return
      the Eligible Customer will not be eligible to enjoy that Offer, and he / she shall pay for the remaining unreturned merchandise under that Eligible Transaction (“Non-Returned Merchandise”) at their original price (i.e. price before the relevant additional discount) (the “Original Price”). In such circumstances:
      1. if the total amount actually paid by the Eligible Customer under the Eligible Transaction for all merchandise (including Returned Merchandse and Non-Returned Merchandise) (the “Actual Payment”) exceeds the Original Price of the Non-Returned Merchandise, a sum equal to the difference between the Actual Total Payment and the Original Price of the Non-Returned Merchandise will be refunded to the Eligible Customer; or
      2. if the Original Price of the Non-Returned Merchandise exceeds the Actual Payment, the Eligible Customer shall, upon notice, pay to Lane Crawford a sum equal to the difference between the Original Price of the Non-Returned Merchandise and the Actual Payment.
   2. If:
      1. the Eligible Customer returns any Returned Merchandise; and
      2. the Eligible Customer is still able to meet the purchase requirement of that Offer after such return,
      only the actual amount paid by the Eligible Customer under that Eligible Transaction for that Returned Merchandise will be refunded.
   3. If the Eligible Customer returns all merchandises purchased under a single Eligible Transaction in Lane Crawford Online Store pursduant to any Offer, the actual amount paid by the Eligible Customer under the relevant Eligible Transaction will be refunded to the Eligible Customer.
   4. Lane Crawford Privilege Programme bonus rewards points (if any) are accrued in respect of the value of the original purchase transaction amount net of all applicable discounts and payments using coupons (including but not limited to the vouchers of Voucher Redemption Programmes of Harbour City and/or Times Square) during the Promotional Period.

   6. This Promotion may only be used for personal purchases and cannot be used for any commercial, resale, or promotional purposes or purchases on behalf of others or any other purposes whatsoever unless authorized by Lane Crawford in writing. Customers who violate this clause may be blacklisted and Lane Crawford reserves all its rights to take legal actions.

   8. Should any dispute arise, the decision of LCJG Limited, the holding company of Lane Crawford shall be final.
   9. Other than related companies (including affiliates and subsidiaries and companies held in common control) of Lane Crawford, a person who is not a contracting party to this purchase has no right under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Ordinance (Cap 623 of the Laws of Hong Kong) to enforce or enjoy the benefit of any term of this purchase.
   10. This Promotion and these terms & conditions are governed by the laws of Hong Kong SAR and any dispute shall be referred to the Courts of Hong Kong SAR for settlement.
