3. Eligible Store(s): This Promotion is only valid for Eligible Transactions (defined below) made at the following stores during the Promotional Period:
1. Lane Crawford ifc mall, Lane Crawford Canton Road, Lane Crawford Times Square and Lane Crawford Pacific Place home store (collectively, “Lane Crawford Stores”); and
2. online at www.lanecrawford.com.hk (“Lane Crawford Online Store”).
4. Eligible Customer(s): This Promotion is only applicable to Lane Crawford Privilege Programme Members.
   

   To qualify for this Promotion, Eligible Customers are required to complete the registration for the Lane Crawford Privilege Programme at Lane Crawford Stores, or sign in at Lane Crawford Online Store. This Promotion can be used in conjunction with any other promotional offers (including, without limitation, the Lane Crawford Privilege Programme regular discount).

5. Eligible Transaction(s):
   
   During the Promotional Period, and subject to the Excluded Transactions below, Eligible Customers can enjoy the following offers (each an “Offer”):
1. Offer 1: Eligible Customers who spend HK$10,888 nett or more in a single transaction at any Lane Crawford stores on any full price and/or sale merchandise (“Eligible Transaction 1”) can receive one Lucky Together Rabbit (“Gift 1”).
2. Offer 2: Eligible Customers who spend HK$5,888 nett or more in a single transaction at any Eligible Store (i.e. Lane Crawford Stores or Lane Crawford Online Store) on any full price and/or sale merchandise (“Eligible Transaction 2”) can receive one Chinese New Year Greeting Wreath (“Gift 2”).
   
   (Gift 1 and Gift 2 are collectively referred to as the “Gifts”, and Eligible Transaction 1 and Eligible Transaction 2 are collectively referred to as the “Eligible Transactions”.)
3. In respect of Eligible Transactions made at Lane Crawford Stores, Eligible Customer(s) shall redeem the Gifts (i.e. both Gift 1 and Gift 2) on the date of transaction. Gifts which are not redeemed on the date of transaction will be considered as forfeited.
4. In respect of Eligible Transactions made at Lane Crawford Online Store, Gift 2 will be delivered to the Eligible Customer(s) within 14 working days from the date of purchase.
6. Excluded Transactions : This Promotion is not applicable to purchases of merchandises not directly made with Lane Crawford and/or purchase of Lane Crawford gift card(s).
7. Other Terms & Conditions:
1. During the relevant Promotional Period, each Eligible Customer can only receive one Gift (whether it is Gift 1 or Gift 2) per day per Eligible Store
2. Each Eligible Customer can only receive one Gift (whether it is Gift 1 or Gift 2) per Eligible Transaction.
3. If:
   1. the Eligible Customer returns any merchandise purchased under an Eligible Transaction pursuant to any Offer; and
   2. the spending threshold of that Offer will not be met after such return,
   
   the Eligible Customer will not be eligible to enjoy that Offer, and he / she shall, upon notice, return the Gifts to Lane Crawford
8. All Gifts under this Promotion are only available while stocks last. The Gifts are provided by third-party providers. To the extent permitted by applicable laws, Lane Crawford, its directors, officers and staff are under no legal liability should any customer have claims whatsoever in connection with the provision of the Gifts.

10. Customers who violate this clause may be blacklisted and Lane Crawford reserves all its rights to take legal actions.
11. Lane Crawford reserves its right to revise the terms and conditions of this Promotion as well as the Terms of Service, in either case, at any time without prior notice to or approval from any person.
12. Should any dispute arise in connection with this Promotion, the decision of LCJG Limited, the holding company of Lane Crawford, shall be final.
13. Other than related companies (including affiliates and subsidiaries and companies held in common control) of Lane Crawford, a person who is not a contracting party to this purchase has no right under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Ordinance (Cap 623 of the Laws of Hong Kong) to enforce or enjoy the benefit of any term of this purchase.
14. This Promotion and these terms & conditions are governed by the laws of Hong Kong SAR and any dispute shall be referred to the Courts of Hong Kong SAR for settlement.
