This promotional offer (“Promotion”) is granted by Lane Crawford (Hong Kong) Limited (“Lane Crawford”) and subject to the terms and conditions below. By purchasing any merchandise under this Promotion, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and conditions below.

  1. Promotional Period: On and from January 21, 2022 until the Gifts (defined below) stock lasts;
  2. Eligible Store(s): This Promotion is only valid for Eligible Transactions (defined below) made at the following stores during the Promotional Period:
    1. Lane Crawford ifc mall, Lane Crawford Canton Road, Lane Crawford Times Square and Lane Crawford Pacific Place Home Store (collectively, “Lane Crawford Stores”); and
    2. online at www.lanecrawford.com.hk (“Lane Crawford Online Store”).
  3. Eligible Customer(s): This Promotion is only applicable to the following customers:
    1. Lane Crawford Privilege Programme Members; and
    2. Lane Crawford Beauty+ Programme Members.

    To qualify for this Promotion, Eligible Customers are required to complete the registration for the Lane Crawford Privilege Programme at Lane Crawford Stores, or sign in at Lane Crawford Online Store. This Promotion cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotional offers (including, without limitation, the Lane Crawford Privilege Programme regular discount).

  4. Eligible Transaction(s):
    1. During the relevant Promotional Period, and subject to the Excluded Transactions below, Eligible Customers who spend HK$2,800 or more on any merchandises in a single transaction at any Lane Crawford Stores or Lane Crawford Online Store (“Eligible Transaction 1”) can receive one set of Lane Crawford Lai See Packet (“Gift 1”).
    2. During the relevant Promotional Period, and subject to the Excluded Transactions below, Eligible Customers who spend HK$6,800 or more on any merchandises in a single transaction at any Lane Crawford Stores or Lane Crawford Online Store (“Eligible Transaction 2”) can receive one box of Yan Chim Kee candy sets (“Gift 2”).
    3. During the relevant Promotional Period, and subject to the Excluded Transactions below, Eligible Customers who spend HK$10,800 or more on any merchandises in a single transaction at any Lane Crawford Stores (“Eligible Transaction 3”) can receive one unit of Wah Lai Yuen Coconut Rice Cake with Rose Petals (“Gift 3” and together with “Gift 1” and "Gift 2", the “Gifts”).
  5. Excluded Transactions: This Promotion is not applicable to purchases of selected brands (as selected by Lane Crawford at its sole discretion), consignment merchandise (as designated by Lane Crawford at its sole discretion), Apple-branded merchandise, Samsung-branded merchandise and/or Lane Crawford gift card(s).
  6. Other Terms & Conditions
    1. Each Eligible Customer can receive only one Gift per Eligible Transaction per Eligible Store per day during the relevant Promotional Period.
    2. The Gifts under this Promotion are only available while stocks last. The Gifts is provided by third-party providers. To the extent permitted by applicable laws, Lane Crawford, its directors, officers and staff are under no legal liability should any customer have claims whatsoever in connection with the provision of the Gifts.
    3. Lane Crawford’s Terms of Service and Privacy Policy apply to this Promotion. Please visit www.lanecrawford.com.hk for full details (collectively, “Terms of Service”).
    4. This Promotion may only be used for personal purchases and cannot be used for any commercial, resale, or promotional purposes or purchases on behalf of others or any other purposes whatsoever unless authorized by Lane Crawford in writing. Customers who violate this clause may be blacklisted and Lane Crawford reserves all its rights to take legal actions.
    5. Lane Crawford reserves its right to revise the terms and conditions of this Promotion as well as the Terms of Service, in either case, at any time without prior notice to or approval from any person.
    6. Should any dispute arise in connection with this Promotion, the decision of LCJG Limited, the holding company of Lane Crawford, shall be final.
    7. Other than related companies (including affiliates and subsidiaries and companies held in common control) of Lane Crawford, a person who is not a contracting party to this purchase has no right under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Ordinance (Cap 623 of the Laws of Hong Kong) to enforce or enjoy the benefit of any term of this purchase.
    8. This Promotion and these terms & conditions are governed by the laws of Hong Kong SAR and any dispute shall be referred to the Courts of Hong Kong SAR for settlement.
