Lucky Draw Terms & Conditions

This lucky draw (“Lucky Draw”) is organised by Lane Crawford (Hong Kong) Limited (“Lane Crawford”) and subject to the terms and conditions below. By participating in this Lucky Draw, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and conditions below.

  1. Lucky Draw Date: 7 December 2021
  2. Eligibility Period: 10 November 2021 until 6 December 2021 (both days inclusive).
  3. Eligible Particpants: This Lucky Draw is open to any person who:
    1. is or becomes a Lane Crawford Privilege Programme member of any tier during the Eligibility Period (except that any staff or employee of Lane Crawford and/or its related companies (including its/their respective holding, subsidiary and affiliated companies) are not eligible to partcipate in this Lucky Draw); and
    2. purchases any item(s) (except for sale items) during the Eligibility Period at any of the following Lane Crawford stores:
  4. Prize:
    1. There will only be one (1) winner for this Lucky Draw and the winner will be drawn randomly on the Lucky Draw Date (the “Winner”).
    2. The Winner will receive HK$100,000 Lane Crawford shopping credits (the “Prize”).
    3. The Prize must be redeemed and spent by the Winner by no later than 24 December 2021 in one single transaction at Lane Crawford ifc mall only.
    4. The results of the Lucky Draw will be published in The Standard and Sing Tao Daily on 16 December 2021 and will also be announced on www.lanecrawford.com.hk. The Winner will be notified by telephone call, SMS and/or email (via the contact information provided at the time of his/her membership registration) within 10 days of the day of the Lucky Draw Date, .
  5. Other Terms & Conditions:
    1. Each Eligible Lane Crawford Privilege Programme memberwill each get one (1) Lucky Draw chance.
    2. The eligibility of an Eligible Participant is based on his/her first successful membership registration record held with Lane Crawford. Any duplicated registration will not be entitled to more entries to the Lucky Draw.
    3. The Winner is required to redeem the Prize in person according to the instructions provided to him/her by Lane Crawford. At the time of the redemption of the Prize, 1 the Winner is required to prove his/her eligibility to Lane Crawford’s satisfaction, including but not limited to presenting his/her identification document/proof.
    4. If the Winner fails to redeem the Prize on or before 24 December 2021, the Prize shall be deemed forfeited. Lane Crawford reserves the rights to deal with the forfeited Prize in any manner at its sole discretion. Lane Crawford shall accept no responsibility for not being able to contact the Winner or unsuccessful delivery of SMS to the mobile phone number and/or email due to any inaccurate or outdated information provided by the Winner.
    5. The Prize cannot:
      1. be transferred, exchanged or redemmed for cash or any other value.
      2. be used for any commercial, resale, or promotional purposes or purchases on behalf of others or any other purposes whatsoever unless authorized by Lane Crawford in writing. Customers who violate this clause may be blacklisted and Lane Crawford reserves all its rights to take legal actions.
      3. be used in conjunction with any other promotional offers; and
      4. be used to purchase products from Beauty & Wellness, Samsung, Apple, Consignment Brands, select merchandise (as designated by Lane Crawford at it’s sole discretion), Sale items and/or Lane Crawford gift cards.
    6. Lane Crawford’s Terms of Service and Privacy Policy apply to this Lucky Draw. Please visit www.lanecrawford.com.hk for full details (collectively, “Terms of Service”).
    7. If there is any discrepancy between the information contained in any promotional materials in respect of this Lucky Draw and these terms and conditions, these terms and conditions shall prevail.
    8. Should any dispute arise in respect of the Lucky Draw, Lane Crawford and its related companies (including its holding company, subsidaires and affiliates) shall be final.
    9. Other than related companies (including affiliates and subsidiaries and companies held in common control) of Lane Crawford, a person who is not a contracting party to this purchase has no right under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Ordinance to enforce or enjoy the benefit of these terms and conditions.
    10. This Lucky Draw and these terms & conditions are governed by the laws of Hong Kong SAR and any dispute shall be referred to the Courts of Hong Kong SAR for settlement.
    11. Eligibility is based on one single receipt and each Eligible Lane Crawford Privilege Programme member can only get at most one (1) lucky draw chance during Eligibility Period.
