Non-members must complete the registration for the Lane Crawford
Privilege Programme to qualify for the Offer.
HKD1,000 voucher (“Voucher”) (HKD500 can only be used from October 1
to 31, 2020, and HKD500 can only be used from November 1 to 30, 2020)
upon purchase at the Lane Crawford stores or the Lane Crawford Online
Store for HKD8,800 or more in one single transaction (“Eligible
Transaction”);
Each Member can only redeem a maximum of ten Vouchers each day.
Lane Crawford Rewards Points are accrued in respect of the value of
the relevant transaction amount net of all applicable discounts.
Only purchase of full price products excluding Samsung, Apple and
Electronic Gift Card can count towards an Eligible Transaction.
The Vouchers can only be redeemed for any purchase at the Lane
Crawford stores or the Lane Crawford Online Store with a minimum
spend of HKD2,000. Only one Voucher can be used for each such
transaction (“Redemption Purchases”).
The Vouchers can only be used for Redemption Purchases at the Lane
Crawford stores subsequent to the relevant Eligible Transaction
earning the Vouchers.
Once a Voucher has been redeemed for a Redemption Purchase, it
cannot be refunded or reissued if a customer subsequently returns
the merchandise of the Redemption Purchase.
For an Eligible Transaction made at the Lane Crawford stores:
i. the part of the Voucher for use in October 2020 will be printed
on the relevant receipt and must be used by presenting the original
receipt; and
ii. the part of the voucher for use in November 2020 will be sent to
the relevant Member by SMS and must be used by presenting the SMS.
For an Eligible Transaction made at the Lane Crawford Online Store,
the relevant Member will within 7 days after the Eligible
Transaction receive an SMS for the part of the Voucher for use in
October 2020, and on October 12, 2020 will receive another SMS for
the part of the Voucher for use in November 2020.
The Vouchers can be used by anyone as long as the relevant original
receipt or the SMS is presented. This Offer may not be used in
conjunction with any other promotions or offers.
The Vouchers cannot be used on full price Samsung, Apple, Rimowa,
and some exclusion brands
Merchandise purchased at the Lane Crawford stores in association with
the Offer and/or other promotion are subject to Lane Crawford’s Return and Exchange Policy. If return or exchange took place, the relevant Members will be
required to return the Vouchers associated to the Eligible

Lane Crawford (Hong Kong) Limited (“Lane Crawford”) is not responsible
if any Voucher is lost, stolen, damaged or destroyed and no
replacement will be provided in these circumstances.
The Offer may only be used for personal purchases and cannot be used
for any commercial, resale or promotional purposes. Customers who
violate this clause may be blacklisted and Lane Crawford reserves all
its rights to take legal actions.

Other than related companies (including affiliates and subsidiaries
and companies held in common control) of Lane Crawford, a person who
is not a contracting party to this Offer has no right under the
Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Ordinance (Cap 623 of the Laws of
Hong Kong) to enforce or enjoy the benefit of any term of this Offer.
Should any dispute arise, the decision of LCJG Limited, the holding
company of Lane Crawford, shall be final.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Hong Kong and any
dispute shall be referred to the courts of Hong Kong for settlement.
