  1. This offer (“Offer”) is valid from August 27, 2020 to September 13, 2020, both days inclusive (the “Promotional Period”), in respect of purchases made online atwww.lanecrawford.com.hk (“Lane Crawford Online Store”) by Lane Crawford Privilege Programme members (“Members”).
  2. Non-members must complete the registration for the Lane Crawford Privilege Programme to qualify for the Offer.
  3. During the Promotional Period, Members are entitled to receive a Tatcha Luminous Deep Hydration Mask Set (“Gift”) upon their purchase at the Lane Crawford Online Store for HKD5,800 or more in one single transaction (“Eligible Transaction”).
    1. Each Member can only receive one Gift per day during the Promotional Period. The Gift is available while stocks last.
    2. Lane Crawford Rewards Points are accrued in respect of the value of the original purchase transaction amount net of all applicable discount.
    3. Only purchase of full price products is qualified as an Eligible Transaction.

Other than related companies (including affiliates and subsidiaries and companies held in common control) of Lane Crawford, a person who is not a contracting party to this Offer has no right under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Ordinance (Cap 623 of the Laws of Hong Kong) to enforce or enjoy the benefit of any term of this Offer.
  9. Should any dispute arise, the decision of LCJG Limited, the holding company of Lane Crawford, shall be final.
  10. These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Hong Kong and any dispute shall be referred to the courts of Hong Kong for settlement.
