Terms & Conditions
Gift with Purchase & Lip Makeup Service
  1. The promotion period is from July 27 to 29, 2018, both days inclusive (“Period”) at Lane Crawford ifc mall, Lane Crawford Canton Road, Lane Crawford Times Square (individually as “Lane Crawford Store”, collectively as “Lane Crawford Stores”) and online at www.lanecrawford.com (“Online Store”).
  2. For Lane Crawford Stores customers: During the Period, customers who purchase in cumulative net spending at HK$800 in lip products across any beauty brands with maximum 3 Eligible Transactions (collectively referred to as an “Eligible Transaction”) at the same Lane Crawford Store on the same day is entitled to receive a complimentary lipstick sample set (“Gift 1”); or customers with any purchase (“Eligible Transaction”) in womenswear (“WW”) and ladies' shoes and accessories (“LSA”) on the same day will be entitled to receive one mini complimentary lipstick sample (“Gift 2”)(Collectively referred to as “Promotion”).
  3. No purchase is required to be made at Lane Crawford Stores and Online Store in order to enjoy the Lip makeup service (“Service”) at the beauty service counter at Lane Crawford Stores.
  4. For Lane Crawford Online Store customers: During the Period, customers who purchase in one transaction net spending at HK$800 in lip products across any beauty brands on the same day (collectively referred to as an “Eligible Transaction”) is entitled to receive a complimentary lipstick sample set (“Gift 1”) ; or customers with any purchase (“Eligible Transaction”) in women's wear (“WW”) and ladies' shoes and accessories (“LSA”) will be entitled to receive one mini complimentary lipstick sample (“Gift 2”) (Collectively referred to as “Promotion”).
  5. Lip Products include lipstick, liquid lipstick, lip tint, lip gloss, lip liner, lip balm, lip cream, lip polish, lip plumper, lip treatment and lip mask.
  6. The Promotion is available to Lane Crawford Privilege Card and Beauty+ Programme members only. Non-member must complete the registration form for Lane Crawford Beauty+ program or Privilege Card to qualify for the promotion.
  7. Customers can receive the Gift(s) at the Lane Crawford Store where the Eligible Transaction was made by presenting all original receipts of the Eligible Transaction during the Period.
  8. Customers who made the Eligible Transaction at the Online Store will receive the Gift via the same delivery/collection method.
  9. Customers who made the Eligible Transaction(s) at Lane Crawford Stores can only redeem a maximum of 1 Gift per day during the Promotion Period; Customers who made the Eligible Transaction(s) at the Online Store can only redeem a maximum of 1 Gift during the Promotion Period.
  10. Only 1,400 sets of Gift 1 are available for beauty customers and 600 pieces of Gift 2 are available for WW and LSA customers. Gift(s) will be given out on a first-come-first-serve basis.
  11. Except to the extent required by applicable law, no refunds or exchanges are available and the standard Lane Crawford Returns Policy does not apply in respect of the Eligible Transactions. Where refunds or exchanges are permitted under the law, in order to proceed further, customers have to return the product(s) purchased as part of the Eligible Transaction(s) together with the Gift(s) received from the Eligible Transaction. This is so provided that after such refunds/exchanges, the transaction does not qualify as an Eligible Transaction as stated above.
  12. The Promotion may only be used for personal purchases and cannot be used for any commercial or promotional purposes or any other purposes whatsoever unless authorized by Lane Crawford in writing.
  13. The Gift and the Service cannot be exchanged for cash or any other products or services.
  14. Lane Crawford reserves the right to amend, change or cancel this Promotion without further notice to customers.
  15. Lane Crawford reserves the right to change any of these Terms and Conditions without further notice.
  16. Should any dispute arise, the decision of LCJG Limited, the holding company of Lane Crawford shall be final. These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Hong Kong SAR and any dispute shall be referred to the Courts of Hong Kong SAR.
