HOW TO APPLY
- Apply to clean skin over Foundation Primer using light brush strokes, gently patting the area to reveal a healthy glow
- To open the eye area and illuminate the cheek bone, apply to the lower temple, moving inward towards the apple of the cheek
- Lighten darkness or shadow by applying directly to the area of concern
- Always set with Secret Brightening Powder when used around the eye
- Use under Secret Concealer or Secret Camouflage for optimal coverage
