We have received a safety notice from our vendor The Laundress informing customers to stop using their products as they have identified the potential presence of elevated levels of bacteria. Based on their investigations so far there have been no related adverse health issues. We have immediately removed all The Laundress products from our stores and online business and we will honour all returns and exchanges of The Laundress product purchased at Lane Crawford, at our stores.
