• Lane Crawford Shopping Vouchers are redeemable by the bearer upon presentation in payment for goods / services sold only in Lane Crawford stores in Hong Kong SAR until the expiry date on the Voucher.
• Lane Crawford Shopping Voucher is not issued or redeemable against goods/services purchased online at lanecrawford.com unless otherwise stated in terms and conditions of the Voucher or Promotion pursuant to which Voucher is issued.
• Lane Crawford Shopping Voucher can only be redeemed for qualifying purchases of goods or services above the minimum purchase amount specified in the terms and conditions on the face of the Voucher or Promotion pursuant to which the Voucher is being issued.
• Lane Crawford Shopping Voucher cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotional offers, except Lane Crawford Privilege Card discount or bonus points programme if applicable. For Lane Crawford Privilege Card holders, minimum purchase amount for qualifying transactions to receive the Voucher is calculated after deduction of Privilege Card regular discount i.e. on the net purchase amount.
• Privilege Card discount (if applicable) is calculated on the original purchase transaction amount and the next purchase transaction amount net the value of the Voucher. Privilege Bonus Points (if applicable) are accrued in respect of the value of the original purchase transaction amount and the next purchase transaction amount net the value of the Voucher.
• Lane Crawford Shopping Voucher cannot be redeemed against purchases of sale items, products manufactured by Apple, cosmetics, concession items or the purchase of a Lane Crawford Gift Card or where a qualifying minimum purchase amount is specified and not reached.
• Only one Lane Crawford Shopping Voucher can be used per transaction and must be redeemed for full face value.
• Lane Crawford Shopping Voucher cannot have additional value added after issuance or activation.
• Lane Crawford Shopping Voucher cannot be redeemed, returned, exchanged or refunded for cash or other goods.
• No value on the Lane Crawford Shopping Voucher can be transferred to another Shopping voucher.
• Lane Crawford is not liable for and will not replace any lost, stolen, defaced or damaged Lane Crawford Shopping Vouchers.
• A damaged or defaced Lane Crawford Shopping Voucher cannot be redeemed.
• Lane Crawford will not accept a photocopy or any form of copy of the Lane Crawford Shopping Voucher for redemption.
• No exchange or refund will be made for a transaction or purchase made with a Lane Crawford Shopping Voucher, except to the extent required by applicable law.
• Lane Crawford Shopping Voucher may only be used for personal purchases and cannot be used for any commercial or promotional purpose or any other purpose whatsoever unless authorized by Lane Crawford in writing.
• Lane Crawford (Hong Kong) Limited reserves the right to change these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice.
• LCJG Limited, the holding company of Lane Crawford reserves the right of final decision in case of any dispute.
• The Terms & Conditions of the Lane Crawford Shopping Voucher are governed by the laws of Hong Kong SAR and any dispute shall be referred to the Courts of Hong Kong SAR.

• Lane Crawford Online Shopping Voucher is redeemable only at lanecrawford.com until the expiry date on the Voucher.
• Lane Crawford Online Shopping Voucher is not redeemable in store.
