Natural materials, soft textures, vintage patterns and long walks through rugged hills — these are what inspire the creative team at young Australian brand Pony Rider, and not surprisingly, they’re also what Pony Rider pieces evoke.

Founded by Creative Director Kelly Searl as a purveyor of cushions, Pony Rider has since brought its unique aesthetic to wall art, bedding, luggage and luxurious blankets like the merino wool Woodsman and Woodslady styles.

In the best tradition of Australian design, Pony Rider keeps things simple and focuses on doing a few things well. Colours are kept earthy, materials are natural (and often organic, like the cotton canvas), lines are clean and cuts prioritise functionality.
