3. During the Promotion Period, any single net transaction of HK$8,000 or above (excluding purchase of Lane Crawford gift card and Apple products) at Lane Crawford ifc mall (the “Eligible Transaction”) will entitle the customer to receive 15% off discount on the next purchase at Lane Crawford ifc mall, Lane Crawford Canton Road, Lane Crawford Times Square, Lane Crawford Pacific Place home store and one Island South Home Store and Showroom, any single net transaction of HK$8,000 or above (excluding purchase of Lane Crawford gift card and Apple products) at lanecrawford.com will entitle the customer to receive 15% off discount on the next purchase at lanecrawford.comThe right to enjoy the 15% discount for next purchase is valid until September 26, 2014.
4. For Diamond and Platinum Privilege Card Members, only the purchase amount net of the Privilege Programme Discount will be accounted for the purpose of determining an Eligible Transaction.
5. The 15% discount for next purchase cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotional offers, including Lane Crawford Privilege Card Programme Discount.
6. The 15% discount in store is only available upon presentation of the original receipt for the Eligible Transaction.
7. For Platinum and Diamond Tier Card members to enjoy the 15% off discount offer at lanecrawford.com, both the Privilege Programme discount and the Shopping Weekend discount will be displayed during check out, adding up to a total of 15% discount.
8. The 15% discount offer for the next purchase is not applicable to the purchase of fixed price, special offer, cosmetics, jewellery, concession items and Lane Crawford gift card and Apple products.
9. The 15% discount cannot be redeemed, returned, exchanged or refunded for cash.
10. Privilege Programme Bonus Points are only accrued in respect of the value of the purchase net of the 15% discount for the next purchase.

17. To the extent permitted by the applicable law, the products purchased in the Eligible Transaction and the products purchased with the 15% discount cannot be refunded or exchanged.
18. This promotion may only be used for personal purchases and cannot be used for any commercial or promotional purposes or any other purpose whatsoever unless authorized by Lane Crawford in writing.
19. Lane Crawford reserves the right to change these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. In case of disputes, the decision of Lane Crawford shall be final and binding.

5. A single receipt for an Eligible Transaction entitles the customer to a maximum of three entries in the lucky draw.
