1. The promotion period of the Private Sale Promotion is from 14 to 17 June 2015, both dates inclusive (“Promotion Period”).

3. During the Promotion Period, Cardholders can enjoy 50% discount on selected items at Lane Crawford ifc mall, Lane Crawford Canton Road, Lane Crawford Times Square, Lane Crawford Pacific Place Home Store, Lane Crawford One Island South Home Store and Showroom (collectively, “Specified Lane Crawford Stores”) and Lanecrawford.com/scb in Hong Kong (the “Lane Crawford Online Shop”).
4. Eligible Transaction(s) include all full payment transaction(s) made in Specified Lane Crawford Stores and Lane Crawford Online Shop during the Promotion Period with Eligible Credit Cards, except for transaction(s) settled by Lane Crawford Gift Cards, purchase of Apple products and Lane Crawford Gift cards (“Eligible Transaction”). This Private Sale Promotion cannot be used in conjunction with Lane Crawford Privilege Card discount.
5. Private Sale Promotion is only available to Lane Crawford Privilege Card members. Cardholder(s) is/are required to register in store or online as a Lane Crawford Privilege Card member during the Promotion Period in order to enjoy the Private Sale Promotion. If Cardholders are already a Lane Crawford Privilege Card member, no further registration is required. The use of the Lane Crawford Privilege Card is subject to the Terms and Conditions of Lane Crawford, details are at www.lanecrawford.com/privilegecard.
6. During the Promotion Period, upon making Eligible Transaction(s) (as defined in clause 4) with the Eligible Credit Card(s) and registering as a Lane Crawford Privilege Card Programme Member (as defined in clause 5), Cardholder(s) will be entitled to the corresponding Lane Crawford Gift Card(s) subject to the single minimum net transaction amount set out below. Or Cardholder(s) will be entitled to the corresponding e-Gift Card(s) within 14 days after Eligible Transactions made from Lane Crawford Online Shop by email, and the e-Gift Card(s) can be redeemed for next purchase via Lane Crawford Online Shop only. Cardholder(s) shall notify Lane Crawford if they do not receive the in store Gift Card within the promotion period or e-Gift Card within 14 days after Eligible Transactions made via online; otherwise, the Bank and Lane Crawford accept no liability and will not be liable for any compensation. The Gift Card(s) will be offered on a first-come-first-served basis while stock last. Refunds or exchanges in respect of goods and services in the Private Sale Promotion are not available. 7. If Cardholder(s) have/has cancelled and/or obtained refunded in respect of any Eligible Transaction(s) after the Gift Card has been issued to cardholders, the Bank is deemed authorized by the Cardholder(s) and has the right to debit the amount equivalent to the value of the Gift Card(s) from the relevant Credit Card account without further notice.
8. The Gift Card is redeemable only at Specified Lane Crawford Stores and Lane Crawford Online Shop on or before September 15, 2015.
9. The Gift Card is not redeemable against purchase of Lane Crawford Gift Card and cannot be used to purchase any goods manufactured by Apple.
10. Gift Card redeem in store is redeemable by the GC holder as full or part payment for goods and services in (a) Lane Crawford stores and affiliated boutiques in Hong Kong and/or (b) online at lanecrawford.com.
11. The Bank and Lane Crawford will verify the transaction record to confirm Cardholders’ eligibility under the Private Sale Promotion. In case of discrepancy between the Bank and Lane Crawford’s computer record and details recorded on the credit card sales slips, the Bank and Lane Crawford’s computer record shall prevail.
12. The Bank and Lane Crawford reserve the right to determine Eligible Transaction(s). Any matter or dispute will be subject to final decision of the Bank and Lane Crawford.
13. Unless otherwise specified, all offers irrespective of their forms including but not limited to gifts, discounts or gift cards, are not redeemable for cash, exchangeable or transferable, and cannot be used in conjunction with other promotional offers.

15. In case there is any suspicious abuse or misuse of the cards for settling payment, the Bank reserves the absolute right to charge the equivalent value/original price of the Gift Card to the relevant card account, forfeit the Cardholder’s eligibility to the Private Sale Promotion, and/or suspend the relevant credit card account for investigation and in each case without prior notice.

17. Cardholders understand and accept that the bank is not the supplier of the products/services offered in the Private Sale Promotion. The Bank shall have no liability relating to any aspect of the products/services, including without limitation, their quality, the supply, the descriptions of goods and/or services provided by Lane Crawford, any trade description, representation, statement, practices or conduct in connection with the Private Sale Promotion or in making available the products and/or services in relation to the Private Sale Promotion by Lane Crawford, its employees, officers or agents.
18. The Bank and Lane Crawford reserve the right to alter or terminate the Private Sale Promotion offer and amend the Terms and Conditions at any time. In case of disputes, the decision of the Bank and Lane Crawford shall be final and binding.
19. The Bank shall not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever which is suffered (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss) or for personal injury which is suffered or sustained, as a result of accepting or using any of the Private Sale Promotion to the extent permitted by law.
20. These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the laws of Hong Kong (SAR) and any dispute shall be referred for exclusive settlement to the courts of Hong Kong (SAR).

The Gift Card is redeemable by the bearer upon presentation in payment for goods / services sold only in Lane Crawford ifc mall, Lane Crawford Canton Road, Lane Crawford Times Square, Lane Crawford Pacific Place home store and One Island South home store and showroom in Hong Kong only, on or before September 15, 2015.
3. Cardholder(s) will be entitled to the corresponding in store Gift Card(s) at Lane Crawford Concierge by presenting receipt of Eligible Transactions made in the Specified Lane Crawford Stores and Eligible Credit Cards, and the in store Gift Card(s) can be redeemed for next purchase in Lane Crawford Stores or Lane Crawford Online Shop. Or Cardholder(s) will be entitled to the corresponding e-Gift Card(s) within 14 days after Eligible Transactions made from Lane Crawford Online Shop by email, and the e-Gift Card(s) can be redeemed for next purchase via Lane Crawford Online Shop only. 6. Only one Gift Card can be used per transaction and must be redeemed for full face value.

12. No return or exchange of goods and services purchased in any transaction(s) with the Gift Card is available except for defective goods.

14. Lane Crawford (Hong Kong) Limited reserves the right of final decision in cases of any dispute.
