Terms and Conditions:

1. Programme Period & Eligibility
   1. Campaign Dates: Lane Crawford Beauty Stamp Card 2.0 Programme ("Programme") is valid from June 4, 2026, to July 31, 2026 (both dates inclusive).
   2. Participating Locations: Stamps can only be earned through purchases made in-store at Lane Crawford IFC Mall, Harbour City, and Times Square.
   3. Exclusions: Purchases made on lanecrawford.com are not eligible for this Programme.
2. Earning Digital Stamps
   1. Spend Requirement: Members will receive one (1) Digital Stamp for every net spend of HK$500 on Beauty products in a single transaction.
   2. Brand Inclusion: Purchases at all Beauty counters and brands within participating Lane Crawford stores are eligible for stamp collection.
   3. Stamp Cap & Cycling: A member’s Digital Stamp Card can hold a maximum of 30 stamps at any one time. Each transaction can earn a maximum of 30 stamps.
   4. Stamp Registration Period: Each transaction must be registered within 7 days of purchase and no later than 31 July 2026, whichever is earlier.
      • There is no limit to the total number of stamps a member can earn and redeem throughout the Programme Period, provided they do not exceed the 30-stamp holding cap at any single moment.
3. Reward Redemption
   1. Redemption Tiers: Rewards are available at 5 Tiers:
      • Tier 1: Redeemable with 5 Stamps (approx. value HK$2,500 spend)
      • Tier 2: Redeemable with 10 Stamps (approx. value HK$5,000 spend)
      • Tier 3: Redeemable with 15 Stamps (approx. value HK$7,500 spend)
      • Tier 4: Redeemable with 20 Stamps (approx. value HK$10,000 spend)
      • Tier 5: Redeemable with 30 Stamps (approx. value HK$15,000 spend)
   2. Reward Selection: Upon reaching each Tier, members can choose from available reward options at "Offers". Please select your preferred reward while stocks last and on or before 31 July, 2026.
4. Redemption Mechanism
   1. Digital QR Code: To collect a physical reward or service, members must access the Member Center via their E-Wallet and generate a Digital Redemption QR Code.
   2. Collection: This QR Code must be presented to the specific Brand Counter or Concierge staff for scanning to release the gift or service. Screenshots of QR codes will not be accepted.
   3. Availability: All rewards, including products and services, are subject to availability and distributed on a first-come, first-served basis while weekly quotas last. Lane Crawford and participating brands reserve the right to substitute rewards with items of similar value without prior notice.
5. General Terms
   1. Non-Transferable: Digital Stamps and Redemption QR Codes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or credit.
   2. Returns: If the rewards obtained from the relevant transaction have already been selected or used, the transaction will not be eligible for return or refund. If no rewards have been selected or used and the transaction is subsequently returned or refunded, Lane Crawford reserves the right to deduct the corresponding stamps and related tier rewards or coupons from the member’s account. For exceptional cases, please contact our Customer Care team.

   2. 參與地點： 印花僅適用於以下門市美妝消費：IFC、海港城及時代廣場。
   3. 不適用範圍： 於 lanecrawford.com 網站之消費不適用於本活動。
2. 賺取電子印花
   1. 消費要求： 會員於單一交易中每淨消費滿 HK$500 美妝產品，可獲得1個電子印花。
   2. 品牌適用範圍： 所有參與連卡佛門市之美妝專櫃及品牌消費均可賺取印花。
   3. 印花上限及循環： 每位會員之電子印花卡於任何時間最多可儲存 30 個印花。
      • 在活動期間內，會員可不限次數累積及兌換印花，惟每單消費印花數量最多只限 30 個印花。
   4. 印花登記期限：交易須於 7 天內完成登記，並須於 2026 年 7 月 31 日或之前完成（以較早者為準）。
3. 禮遇兌換
   1. 兌換級別： 本活動設有 5 個兌換級別：
      • 第 1 級：5 個印花（約 HK$2,500 消費）
      • 第 2 級：10 個印花（約 HK$5,000 消費）
      • 第 3 級：15 個印花（約 HK$7,500 消費）
      • 第 4 級：20 個印花（約 HK$10,000 消費）
      • 第 5 級：30 個印花（約 HK$15,000 消費）
   選擇獎賞： 會員於達到各級別後，可於「優惠」頁面選擇獎賞。每款獎賞每周數量有限、換完即止，並須於 2026 年 7 月 31 日或之前選擇及領取獎賞。
4. 兌換方式
   1. 電子二維碼： 會員須透過電子錢包進入會員中心，並生成電子兌換二維碼，以領取實體獎賞或服務。
   2. 領取安排： 會員須於指定品牌專櫃或禮賓部出示該二維碼以供掃描，方可領取禮品或服務。恕不接受二維碼截圖。
   3. 供應安排： 所有禮遇（包括產品及服務）均視乎供應情況而定，並按每週配額以先到先得形式發放。連卡佛及參與品牌有權以同等價值之禮品替代，而毋須另行通知。
5. 一般條款
   1. 不可轉讓： 電子印花及兌換二維碼不得轉讓，亦不可兌換現金或積分。
   2. 退貨安排： 如相關交易所得獎賞已被揀選或使用，該交易將不設退貨或退款安排。若未揀選或使用任何相關獎賞，而該交易其後被退貨或退款，連卡佛有權從會員帳戶中扣除相應交易之印花及相關級別獎賞或優惠券。如有特殊情況，請聯絡我們的客戶服務團隊。
