Growing up in Iceland, Williams found her natural surroundings stark and unforgiving – never seeing trees or exotic and colourful flowers. Now, in retrospect, Williams has found the opposite. Each piece that she designs is its own universe of botanicals, atmosphere and animals, each born and grown from the things that inspired her as a child.

Her soft furnishings make a charming addition to any living space, but her truly standout pieces are her classic Chesterfield sofas and chaise longues upholstered in her wonderfully strange yet magical prints.
