   2. To redeem in Lane Crawford Stores, customers are requested to present the voucher code in payment for goods / services sold only in Lane Crawford Stores.
   3. To redeem online in Lane Crawford Online Shop, customers are requested to click from the redemption link on email/SMS and complete online registration and/or login to redeem the 25% off voucher for their next purchase in Lane Crawford Online Shop.
   4. The 25% off voucher excludes purchase of any selected brands and items, Apple products, consignment, concession, cosmetic, selective jewelry brands and Lane Crawford Gift Cards.
   5. The 25% off voucher cannot be redeemed, returned, exchanged or refunded for cash.
   6. Lane Crawford is not liable for lost, stolen, defaced or damaged vouchers once issued.
