Trace your lashline and waterline with a liberal application of black kohl eyeliner.

Apply black cream eyeshadow onto your eyelid and lower lashline, blend with a small blending brush to create soft, smokey eyes.

Use a small eyeshadow brush to sweep glitter onto the outer edge of each eye.

Using fingers, apply a second sprinkling of glitter.
