Glitter, emoji and kaleidoscopic colours – Anya Hindmarch knows how to have fun. For over 20 years the London-based designer has been delighting the fashion world with her witty, attitude-packed accessories, and she continues to deck out the street-style set today. Her game-changing leather stickers started a trend all of their own, adored by those wanting to add a cheeky, bespoke element to their arm candy.

True to form, Hindmarch's Autumn Winter 2016 collection sought inspiration from the 1980s video-gaming graphics of Space Invaders, Pac-Man and Tetris. Playing with pixelation and colour, which Hindmarch calls, “the building blocks of digital design,” she ironically harks back to a pre-social-media age in order to make some seriously Instagram-worthy accessories.

Mini leather Space Invaders sticker sets earn top scores, with double points for the It-bag, the Maxi Featherweight Ebury, which gets a pixilated, mult-coloured makeover this season, or the Eyes Mini Backpack, finished with buttery soft dark blue leather.

Anya Hindmarch’s range of furry shearling, burgundy-toned accessories will be globally pre-launching exclusively with Lane Crawford. The gang of googly-eyed Pac-Man monsters is available in backpack, crossbody and clutch bag styles. Paired with any off-duty look, they will give a serious boost to your fashion game. With these pieces, your wardrobe is set to deliver a high score.
