New York-based Phillip Lim’s 3.1 label stands out for its utterly wearable, feminine designs that offer sublime attention to detail. In a limited edition global exclusive, Lane Crawford BLITZ is proud to debut his first-ever exotic-skin handbag collection.

Lim’s cool and effortless design aesthetic brings a contemporary vibe to the limited-edition collection, which features a hand-picked selection of three of the brand’s most quintessential styles.

“It is really going back to the core of why I started the brand – we always said ‘why not’ – and wanted the collection to be about not having to compromise on style for price point,” said Lim of the collection.

The classic 31 Minute Bag, a modern-sized envelope clutch that goes easily from day to night, while the Wednesday’s structured shape fits perfectly with the new season’s ladylike trend. For an off-duty look, the Mini Ryder satchel, with its adjustable shoulder strap, is a future wardrobe staple.

Each bag is crafted from a selection of uber-luxe, high-quality crocodile skins in two of-the-moment colour combinations: jet black and jade green two-tone and black-on-black monotone.

BLITZ hosted the global launch of the collection during Paris Fashion Week at The Joyce Gallery Palais-Royale. Undoubtedly one of the hottest parties of the week, the Who’s Who of the fashion world turned out to toast the designer.
