American Express x Lane Crawford Spending Promotion 2025 Terms and Conditions

1. “American Express x Lane Crawford Spending Promotion 2025” with Lane Crawford (Hong Kong) Limited (“Lane Crawford”) is only applicable to basic and supplementary cardmembers of: (i) Centurion^® Card (applicable to basic cardmembers only and the applicable supplementary cardmembers which consists of the colored faces of: (1) black; and (2) platinum; (ii) The Platinum Card^®; (iii) American Express^®Peninsula Platinum Card; (iv) American Express^® Platinum Credit Card issued by American Express International, Inc.  ("American Express") in Hong Kong (“Eligible Card”, such holders, “Eligible Cardmembers”). This Promotion is not eligible to the supplementary cardmembers of Centurion^® Card which consists of the colored card faces of: (1) green; and (2) gold.
2. Promotion Period is from September 26, 2025, to October 8, 2025, (both dates inclusive) ("Promotion Period").
3. During the Promotion Period, Eligible Cardmembers who settle the full payment with an Eligible Card for the designated amount (“Eligible Transaction”) can enjoy the offers as set out in clause 4 below (“Offers”) at the following designated physical stores of Lane Crawford (“Participating Establishments”) as below:
   1. ifc mall, located at Podium 3, 8 Finance Street, Central;
   2. Canton Road, located at 3 Canton Road, Tsim Sha Tsui;
   3. Times Square, located at 1 Matheson Street, Causeway Bay; and
   4. Pacific Place home store, located at Level One, 88 Queensway, Admiralty.
4. Eligible Cardmembers may enjoy the following Offers:
   1. Offer 1: Upon a single net spending of HK$8,000 or more at any selected Participating Establishments, the Eligible Cardmember will be entitled to redeem one (1) Lane Crawford Gift Card (“Gift Card”) worth HK$800; and
   2. Offer 2: Upon an accumulated same-day net spending of HK$25,000 or more, made in a maximum of two (2) transactions at the same Participating Establishment, Eligible Cardmember can redeem an additional Gift Card worth HK$2,200.
5. Offer 1 and Offer 2 may be enjoyed together but cannot be combined with other promotional offers, redeemed for cash or other products.
6. For Offer 1, upon fulfillment of the Eligible Transaction, each Eligible Cardmember is entitled to redeem one (1) time per day, and a maximum of two (2) times during the Promotion Period, amounting to a total equivalent to HK$1,600.
7. For Offer 2, upon fulfillment of the Eligible Transaction, each Eligible Cardmember is entitled to redeem a maximum of one (1) time during the Promotion Period, amounting to a total equivalent to HK$2,200. Eligible Cardmember must complete the Eligible Transaction in the same day at the same Participating Establishment for enjoy Offer 2. The spending cannot be combined across different participating establishments in order to enjoy Offer 2.
8. The Gift Card can only be used for the next purchase at any selected Participating Establishments, and the Gift Card is valid until August 31, 2026. For further details on the use of the Gift Card, please refer to its terms and conditions which are available at Lane Crawford’s official website.
9. To redeem the Offers, the Eligible Cardmember shall present: (i) physical Eligible Card; (ii) original same-day Lane Crawford receipts; (iii) relevant Eligible Card transaction slips which shall be presented on the same transaction date during the Promotion Period, and (iv) the Eligible Cardmember’s last name and last 4 digits of mobile number to the concierge located in the respective Participating Establishment’s outlets.
10. Once the Offer has been redeemed, all Eligible Transactions are considered non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
11. If a Gift Card is used for a purchase with a total value that exceeds the value of the Gift Card, the remaining balance must be settled with Eligible Card.
12. Offers are not applicable for Lane Crawford e-Shop and purchase of other Lane Crawford Gift Cards or vouchers.
13. Lane Crawford is solely responsible for all products, services, consultations and advice, and fulfilment of the Offers in and/or services that are made available pursuant to the Offers. American Express is not the provider of any of these products and/or services herein and makes no representation or warranty in relation to the same.
14. American Express shall not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever which is suffered (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss), or for personal injury which is suffered or sustained, as a result of taking or using any of the products/services, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law.
15. In case of any enquiry related to the Offers, please call the 24-hour enquiry hotline shown at the back of your Eligible Card or American Express’ customer service hotline at 2277 1010.
16. American Express and Lane Crawford reserve the right to amend these Promotion Terms and Conditions, suspend or terminate the Offers at any time without prior notice.
17. Should any dispute arise, the decision of American Express and Lane Crawford shall be final, binding and conclusive.
18. In the event of any inconsistency between the English and Chinese version of these Promotion Terms and Conditions, the English version shall prevail.
19. These Promotion Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Hong Kong and any dispute shall be referred to the Courts of Hong Kong for settlement.

 

美國運通 x 連卡佛消費優惠 2025條款及細則

1. 與連卡佛（香港）有限公司（「連卡佛」）之「美國運通 x 連卡佛消費優惠2025」只適用於持有由美國運通國際股份有限公司（「美國運通」）於香港簽發的（i）Centurion®卡（只適用於基本卡會員及（1）黑色及（2）白金卡之附屬卡會員）；（ii）美國運通白金卡；（iii）美國運通半島白金卡；（iv）及美國運通白金信用卡之基本卡及附屬卡（「合資格卡」）之卡會員（「合資格卡會員」）。 本優惠不適用於綠色或金色卡面之Centurion 附屬卡。
2. 優惠期為2025年9月26日至2025年10月8日，包括首尾兩天（「優惠期」）。
3. 優惠期內，合資格卡會員於以下指定連卡佛門市（「參與店舖」）以合資格卡全數簽賬指定金額（「合資格簽賬」），可享條款4所述之優惠（「優惠」）。
   1. 國際金融中心店，位於中環金融街8號國際金融中心商場3樓；
   2. 廣東道店，位於尖沙咀廣東道3號；
   3. 時代廣場店，位於銅鑼灣勿地臣街1號時代廣場；及
   4. 太古廣場家居與時尚生活店，位於金鐘道88號太古廣場一層。
4. 合資格卡會員可享以下優惠：
   1. 優惠一：合資格卡會員於參與店舖以合資格卡單一簽賬淨值滿HK$8,000或以上，可兌換價值HK$800之連卡佛禮品卡1張；及
   2. 優惠二：合資格卡會員於同一參與店舖以合資格卡同日最多累計2個簽賬淨值滿HK$25,000或以上，可額外兌換價值HK$2,200之連卡佛禮品卡1張。
5. 優惠一及優惠二可同時使用，但不可與其他推廣優惠同時使用，亦不可兌換現金或其他產品。
6. 就優惠一而言，合資格卡會員完成合資格簽賬後，每位合資格卡會員每日最多可兌換1次，優惠期內最多可兌換2次，即總值HK$1,600之連卡佛禮品卡。
7. 就優惠二而言，合資格卡會員完成合資格簽賬後，每位合資格卡會員優惠期內最多可兌換1次，即價值HK$2,200之連卡佛禮品卡。合資格卡會員必須於同日在同一參與店舖完成和累積合資格交易，才可享有優惠二，不能在不同參與店舖累積消費以享優惠二。
8. 透過本優惠所獲得之連卡佛禮品卡只適用於下次於參與店舖消費時使用，禮品卡之有效期至2026年8月31日。有關禮品卡使用的詳情，請參閱連卡佛官方網站上的條款與細則。
9. 如兌換優惠，合資格卡會員須在完成合資格簽賬當日到參與店舖之禮賓部出示：(i) 實體合資格卡；(ii) 即日連卡佛收據正本；(iii) 相關的合資格卡簽賬單正本；及（iv）合資格卡會員姓氏及其手機號碼最後4位數字。
10. 一旦兌換優惠，所有合資格簽賬均不可退款及換貨。
11. 若消費總值超過連卡佛禮品卡價值，剩餘款項必須以合資格卡簽賬。
12. 本優惠不適用於連卡佛網上商店及購買其他連卡佛禮品卡或禮券。
13. 所有產品、服務、諮詢及建議均由連卡佛負責提供予卡會員。美國運通並非上述服務及/或相關產品之供應者，亦不對其作出任何表述或保證。
14. 因使用優惠（包括但不限於直接或間接） 而造成的損失或破壞，或人身傷害，美國運通概不負責，法律規定之責任除外。

19. 以上條款及細則均受香港法律管轄，任何爭議均應提交至香港法院處理。
