20 YEARS OF PIERRE HARDY

The namesake label of renowned French footwear and accessories designer Pierre Hardy is turning 20,and Lane Crawford is celebrating with a 20 Year Capsule Collection filled with designs inspired by the designer’s archives.

Expect all the signature details that Hardy does so beautifully: architectural lines, geometric shapes, pops of zingy colour and clever artistic references. One of the collection’s most notable styles? The Blade – a black, glossy high heel from Hardy’s very first 1999 collection which references the classic stiletto with graphic commitment. The Sottsass – a Winter 2013 ruffled heeled bootie that takes aesthetic cues from architect and designer Ettore Sottsass’ Postmodern works – is another statement-making closet trophy.
