Taking its name from a nearby Cape, Cape Mentelle Vineyards was established in 1970. Starting small with just 16 hectares of vines planted on what is now referred to as the Wallcliffe Vineyard, the winery’s flagship Cabernet Sauvignon is borne. Today, it is has become one of Australia’s leading cabernets that originates from a vineyard of 150 hectares.
