With camera in hand, Lane Crawford hit the Spring Summer 2017 shows to capture the freshest new beauty looks on models as they came off the runways.
Here, we round up our three favourite trends to look out for this season.
Kohl Rimmed Eyes
Seen at the likes of self-portrait and 3.1 Phillip Lim, smudged black eyeliner was a look that dominated. At 3.1 Phillip Lim, a fresh, graphic approach came courtesy of Francelle Daly from NARS, saturating the lash lines with black khol before taking a cotton bud dipped in water cleanser and running it across the inner and outer corners of the eyeline. The result? A classic reinvented.
Peachy Pantone
A signifier of summer, sunrise hues kissed the lips and cheeks of models this season. Designers such as Isabel Marant and Rosie Assoulin opted for a refreshing palette of peachy pantone colours, including a sweep of cantaloupe-hued bronzer, and a tangerine-toned swipe of lipstick.
