When visiting one of Lane Crawford's stores, simply present your Digital Wallet to the Cashier when making a purchase.
Upon successful payment, you will receive a notification via your Wallet Application with the updated Gift Card value
Please note that your Digital Gift Card currency determines where it can be used.
- If you choose HKD then your Digital Gift Card may only be used to shop online and ship within Hong Kong, SAR (lanecrawford.com.hk)
- If you choose RMB then your Digital Gift Card may only be used for online purchases shipping to China (lanecrawford.com.cn)
