How to use your Digital Gift Card from your Wallet App on LaneCrawford.com:
- Add your items to your basket as normal
- Proceed to Checkout
- Select payment method of "Gift Card"
- Enter the Digital Gift Card Number & PIN (found in your Wallet App)*
- Add any additional Payment necessary†
- Continue Checkout
After successful payment, you will receive a notification via your Wallet Application with the updated Gift Card value
* The PIN can be found in an "additional information" panel in your Wallet Application
† If your Gift Card has insufficient value, then additional payment by Credit Card may be necessaryPlease note that your Digital Gift Card currency determines where it can be used.
- If you choose HKD then your Digital Gift Card may only be used to shop online and ship within Hong Kong, SAR (lanecrawford.com.hk)
- If you choose RMB then your Digital Gift Card may only be used for online purchases shipping to China (lanecrawford.com.cn)
