Customers who spent HK$8,888 or above on any John Hardy items (“Eligible Transaction”) at Lane Crawford Store or Lane Crawford Online Shop will be entitled to receive a Gift at the Lane Crawford Store where the Eligible Transaction was made (collectively referred to as “Promotion”).
The Promotion is not applicable to sales items.
Customers who made the Eligible Transaction at the Lane Crawford Store can receive the Gift at the same store by presenting the original receipt of the Eligible Transaction.
Only 30 Gifts are available for the Promotion and they will be given out on a first-come-first-serve basis.
Each customer is entitled to only one Gift per Eligible Transaction. Each customer can only redeem a maximum of one Gift per day with one Eligible Transaction.
Purchase amount for the Eligible Transaction is calculated net i.e. for Lane Crawford Privilege Programme Members, the net total after deduction of any applicable discount.
This Promotion is available to Lane Crawford Privilege Card members only. Non-member must complete the registration form for Lane Crawford Privilege Programme to qualify for the Promotion.
The Gift cannot be exchanged for money or sold for commercial purposes.
Except to the extent required by applicable law, no refunds or exchanges are available in respect of the Eligible Transactions which have been made to redeem the Gift. In the case of refunds or exchanges permitted under the law, subject to satisfaction of clause 3, customers may have to return the product(s) together with the Gift received from the Eligible Transaction.
All images are for reference only, if any. The Company is not responsible for any mismatches between the physical Gift and the Gift shown on the images in terms of variation in style, size, shape and any other attribute of the Gift.
