Payment
  1. Orders must be fully paid in advance after confirmation.
  2. Payment can be made through credit cards (International MasterCard, Visa, American Express) or Electronic Gift Card.
Change / Cancellation of Order Payment
  1. No cancellation of order is accepted and all floral/plant arrangements and goods sold are non-exchangeable and non-refundable.
  2. If you wish to change your order, a notification of 48 hours is required for all Ellermann floral/plant arrangements.
Delivery Charge
  1. Delivery charges are for one (1) delivery attempt only. It is the responsibility of the sender to provide full and correct details for delivery and to ensure that the recipient will be available to accept the delivery during the allotted timeframe. Please provide the recipients real name where he/she can be identified at the delivery location. Should the delivery be unsuccessful the order will be returned to our boutique and a second delivery will only be attempted after additional delivery fee and correct information is provider by the sender.
  2. Admiralty - Free Delivery Zone includes One Pacific Place Office Tower, Two Pacific Place Office Tower, The Conrad, The Upper House, Island Shangri-La, JW Marriott, United Centre, Admiralty Centre, Queensway Plaza, and Government Office Building.
Special Arrangements
  1. All images shown on this site are for representation purpose only. Flowers and plants are natural products and each bouquet or arrangement is made by hand, therefore no two orders will look the same. Flowers or plants may vary slightly in size and colour to those pictured. These are not faults and we cannot accept exchanges if you are unhappy with the colouring of individual flowers or plants. 
  2. Due to seasonal availabilities, some flowers/plants may be substituted for a flower/plant of equal beauty, quality and price.
  3. Images are not to scale; we have provided approximate dimensions for all items to guide you on your choice of size.
  4. For peak seasons and special occasions (i.e. Valentine's Day and Mother's Day) pricing, delivery charges order cut-off times, delivery and/or pick-up times may be altered.
  5. Adverse weather conditions (i.e. Typhoon 8) may cause a delay in the delivery of your order. You will be notified as soon as possible with the rescheduled delivery date and time of your order.
Specific Terms for Ellerman Flower Boutique:
  1. Ellermann Flower Boutique guarantees flowers for three (3) days and plants for five (5) days from delivery, provided that the care instructions are followed.
  2. In the unlikely event that the flowers or plants (including the vases/ pots/ vessels in which the flowers and plants are planted) are damaged in transit, customer please keep the items and contact the supplier’s Customer Service Team within 24 hours. The supplier will not be liable for claims reported outside of these times.
  3. Flowers and plants that are confirmed to be of poor quality will be replaced, the value of which is at the discretion of supplier’s staff. No refunds will be given.
  4. Lane Crawford reserves the right to change these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. LCJG Limited reserves the right of final decision in case of any dispute.
  5. In case of any inconsistency between the English and Chinese versions of these Terms and Conditions, the English version shall prevail.
  6. These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Hong Kong SAR and any dispute shall be referred to Courts of Hong Kong SAR for settlement.
