This promotional offer (“Promotion”) is granted by Lane Crawford (Hong Kong) Limited (“Lane Crawford”) and subject to the terms and conditions below. By enjoying any benefit under this Promotion, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and conditions below.

  1. Promotional Period: August 15, 2026 to October 31, 2026 (both days inclusive)
  2. Eligible Store(s): This Promotion is only valid for redemption at the following stores during the Promotional Period (unless otherwise specified):
    1. Lane Crawford ifc mall
    2. Lane Crawford Harbour City
  3. Eligible Customer(s): This Promotion is only applicable to selected customers of Lane Crawford’s external partners as selected by Lane Crawford at its sole discretion. Existing Lane Crawford Platinum members are not eligible for this Promotion. To qualify for this Promotion, Eligible Customers are required to complete the registration for the Lane Crawford Privilege Programme at an Eligible Store to redeem the following benefit(s):
    1. A 3-month Lane Crawford Platinum Membership (“Platinum Pass”) and the corresponding Platinum Membership benefits with the Lane Crawford Privilege Programme. Please visit www.lanecrawford.com.hk/info/cards/platinum/ for full details on the Platinum Membership benefits.
      1. The validity period of the Platinum Pass is for 3 months from the date of redemption (where the month in which such date falls is the “Commencement Month”) until (and including) the last calendar day of the 3rd month after the Commencement Month (“Validity Period”). For example, if the Platinum Pass is redeemed on October 1, 2026, then its Validity Period is from October 1, 2026 until (and including) Jan 31, 2027.
      2. Upon the expiration of the Platinum Pass, the Eligible Customer’s membership status will be adjusted according to the qualifying spending.
      3. For the Platinum Suite Access benefit under the Lane Crawford Privilege Programme, each Eligible Customer is entitled to redeem once per calendar week (Monday-Sunday) during the Validity Period. Platinum Suite is only available at Lane Crawford ifc mall and Lane Crawford Harbour City. Advance booking is required and subject to availability. Each Eligible Customer can be accompanied by one guest per visit. Access to Platinum Suite is limited to 60 minutes per visit. Commercial activities are strictly prohibited in the Platinum Suite.
    2. A welcome gift (“Gift”), subject to availability.
  4. Other Terms & Conditions
    1. Each Eligible Customer can only enjoy the Promotion once during the Promotional Period.
    2. Redemption of the Platinum Pass and the Gift is on a first-come-first-served basis while stocks last. Eligible Customers are suggested to make a reservation before visiting an Eligible Store for redemption via Lane Crawford’s hotline at +852 2118 7777 for Lane Crawford ifc mall or +852 2118 1111 for Lane Crawford Harbour City.
    3. This Promotion is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or gift cards.
    4. Lane Crawford’s Terms of Service and Privacy Policy apply to this Promotion. Please visit www.lanecrawford.com.hk for full details (collectively, “Terms of Service”).

    6. This Promotion may only be used for personal purchases and cannot be used for any commercial, resale, or promotional purposes or purchases on behalf of others or any other purposes whatsoever unless authorized by Lane Crawford in writing. Customers who violate this clause may be blacklisted and Lane Crawford reserves all its rights to take legal actions.
    7. Lane Crawford reserves its right to revise these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.
    8. Should any dispute arise in connection with this Promotion, the decision of LCJG Limited, the holding company of Lane Crawford, shall be final.
    9. Other than related companies (including affiliates and subsidiaries and companies held in common control) of Lane Crawford, a person who is not a contracting party to this purchase has no right under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Ordinance (Cap 623 of the Laws of Hong Kong) to enforce or enjoy the benefit of any term of this purchase.
    10. These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Hong Kong SAR and any dispute shall be referred to the Courts of Hong Kong SAR for settlement.
    11. In case of any dispute, the online version of terms and conditions shall be final.
