This promotional offer (“Promotion”) is granted by Lane Crawford (Hong Kong) Limited (“Lane Crawford”) and subject to the terms and conditions below. By purchasing any merchandise under this Promotion, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and conditions below.

  1. Promotional Period: July 1, 2022 until July 14, 2022 (both days inclusive).
  2. Eligible Store(s): This Promotion is only valid for Eligible Transactions (defined below) made at the following stores during the Promotional Period:
    1. Lane Crawford ifc mall, Lane Crawford Canton Road and Lane Crawford Times Square (collectively, “Lane Crawford Store(s)”); and
  3. Eligible Customer(s):This Promotion is only applicable to the following customers and cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotional offers excluding the Lane Crawford Privilege Programme regular discount:
    1. Select Lane Crawford Privilege Programme Members as selected by Lane Crawford at its sole discretion (“Selected Members”).

    To qualify for this Promotion, Eligible Customers are required to complete the registration for the Lane Crawford Privilege Programme at Lane Crawford Stores, or sign in at Lane Crawford Online Store.

  4. Eligible Transaction(s): During the Promotional Period, and subject to the Excluded Transactions below, Eligible Customers who spend HK$100,000 or more on the following merchandise at any Eligible Store can earn double rewards points under the relevant tier of the Lane Crawford Privilege Programme (“Double Rewards Points”) (collectively “Eligible Transaction 2”):
    1. Any full-price merchandise in Jewellery department.
  5. Excluded Transactions: This Promotion is not applicable to purchases of selected brands (as selected by Lane Crawford at its sole discretion, Sale merchandise, Womenswear merchandise, Menswear merchandise, Ladies & Mens Shoes & Accessories merchandise, Beauty & Wellness merchandise, Apple-branded merchandise, Samsung-branded merchandise, Voucher Redemption Programmes of Harbour City & Times Square Malls and/or Lane Crawford gift card(s).
  6. Other Terms & Conditions
    1. Lane Crawford Privilege Programme rewards points (if any) are accrued in respect of the value of the original purchase transaction amount net of all applicable discounts during the Promotional Period.
    2. The Double Rewards Points will be credited to the Eligible Customers’ account by August 31, 2022.
    3. The Double Rewards Points cannot be exchanged for cash or any products or services.

    8. Should any dispute arise, the decision of LCJG Limited, the holding company of Lane Crawford shall be final.
    9. Other than related companies (including affiliates and subsidiaries and companies held in common control) of Lane Crawford, a person who is not a contracting party to this purchase has no right under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Ordinance (Cap 623 of the Laws of Hong Kong) to enforce or enjoy the benefit of any term of this purchase.
    10. This Promotion and these terms & conditions are governed by the laws of Hong Kong SAR and any dispute shall be referred to the Courts of Hong Kong SAR for settlement.
